On point review and format. No overly dramatic shots or hyping and music. Just straight facts. The details such as ADAS were explained well too. Hats off ZigWheels.
I think you are the only one reviewer who said right thing on design (the side design). For this I'll say most spot on analysis car reviewer (on design).
I personally liked the new style of review: you packed in a lot of substance in a short duration and allowed the viewer to get up close with the interior and exterior of the car. I don't know how and if I will like this format in the future, but for now, two thumbs up! And as always, great review!
This format is great and you guys tend to cover things other channels don’t bother about, hence I end watching your videos most of the times and multiple times.
Love this format. And I love how you called the front Robocop styled. I was looking for the perfect adjective to describe it. Thank you. In my opinion, Hyundai has been killing it in terms of styling and looks in every segment! But hey..that's just me.
Your are absolutely right.. i like way you give a big punch to New Verna hater's. Basically in India people does not support or encourage the new things.
The new format definitely works. Most of the available reviews simply talks about what the car is and what you get for the money, not why, and that's well explained here.
Great review Tushar 👌 would love to see more of first drive reviews in this format! The design is very different in this segment relative to the existing competitors but Hyundai is sure cranking things up a notch with this All new Verna!🔥
The format; not being too radically different from what could be seen in the majority of the first drive videos by other media houses had an edge in terms of script writing, and dialogues and was quite successful when it came to capturing the idea or the concept of the car which in this case was the new Verna (what I mean to say, it was more about the car than about the presenter, which was the best thing about the video)... Don't take me otherwise, at least it is refreshing to know that someone acknowledges that the value addition in terms of making these videos as interesting or compelling as an audiovisual format of journalism had really taken a backseat off late and literally no effort was visible in any of the similar presentations, no matter how big or small the media house is (Autocar, Overdrive or even the vloggers who are more sort of self-proclaimed automotive journalists, barring one or two)... I think you are doing a great job 👍the approach is right towards making the Car the hero of the content...hold on to that and the results will be very rewarding in a long journey, both for you and the media house...All the best. Regards, Arindam.
this format works a heck of a lot better! also, the Verna objectively is a good looking car, i dont know why people say its polarizing also anything about the suspension setup? Faisal said its really soft and therefore makes it swerve
Thanks, Neil! Didn’t touch upon the suspension setup because in the process of the shoot, only managed to get about 20km of drive time on roads that were mostly well paved and straight. It does have a soft edge still, but that’s a minor tradeoff for city ride comfort. It felt fine in both seat rows at 100-120kmph - Tushar
Thankyou for showing the adaptive headlight function @ 2.48 by activating it through the steering wheel, that was thoughtful. Everything well put and explained, one of the best reviews have came across..
That’s great too! The format isn’t drastically different, the idea is to just to de-formalise and take it easy with music and special effects in editing.
Nice review, but you missed some other features to say like automatic boot opener, electric parking brake, extra design on front bumper for turbo variants to input more air. Basically a difference between the manual and turbo variants in features vise
Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback, Karthik! Reviews will focus on the most import macro takeaways, some things will get missed in the process. Otherwise this turns into a brochure read and there are plenty of channels that do brochure reading better than us 😉- Tushar
Tushar as usual at his best to make a layman understand the technicality kudos to your presentation skills great fan and admirer of your work #zigwheels
I really enjoyed watching your review. You bring lot of positive energy energy. Also your way of conducting the whole review was pleasing to watch. Please keep it up!!
Pakka points on place .I usually watch powerdrift and avoid other channels due to a generic review on just obvious stuff. But this is something catchy. good work Tushar. Looking forward for more such reviews.
Speaking of looks again n again the same thing happened with creta and Elantra but ppl eventually.... eventually start loving it like crazy u see ppl of India are welcoming and they accept new designs as they stand out hands down so yea the sales are good so far I've been seeing many new verna's on the road so yes ppl are loving it...ppl who hate it are either German lovers or they just want it the old school way the youth loves the new verna....and it's not that pricey it offers great features in the price moreover the adas is just so good I've seen so many videos of different UA-camrs they all are really impressed with the adas so well done on that too India needs change but safety is also a concern let's see how the new verna with 6 airbags scores in gncap
Financial advice tho hum de nahi sakte 😅market me utaar chadhaav hotey rahenge, car kharidne ka waqt sahi hai ya ghalat, ye individual situations par nirbhar hai. Glad you liked the video! - Tushar
Build quality is good, no creaking or loose fitting bits in the Verna, which we did, in fact, experience in the Slavia. That, however, should not be taken as an indicator of crash safety (good or bad) in any capacity.
if anybody think that this job is easy and fun just try to speak in proper manner while sitting in the car that is turned off while it's rainy environment outside. I bet you will appreciate the efforts respect+++
This format looks clean and straight to the point. On the Verna part, I feel like they should have retained the old instrument cluster or may be the new Alcasar one. This one looks like an outdated one.
We’ll deep dive into that during our comparison review. The road conditions during this first drive weren’t varied enough to give us the complete picture
Not gonna lie the red dual tone Verna looks like a spaceship on wheels .... It's the best colour for the Verna .... It is a very rich Mercedes like red ....
On point review and format. No overly dramatic shots or hyping and music. Just straight facts. The details such as ADAS were explained well too. Hats off ZigWheels.
🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for summarizing this. So done with unnecessary usage of shitty rock music in the other reviews 😂
I think you are the only one reviewer who said right thing on design (the side design). For this I'll say most spot on analysis car reviewer (on design).
This is a brilliantly compiled and very well presented format. Very realistic and makes a lot of sense. Please continue this format, really loved it
🙏🙏🙏
@@zigwheelswhich is more comfortable Honda City vs slavia vs this and more faster in their non veg turbo engines ??
I personally liked the new style of review: you packed in a lot of substance in a short duration and allowed the viewer to get up close with the interior and exterior of the car. I don't know how and if I will like this format in the future, but for now, two thumbs up! And as always, great review!
I test drove 1.5 sx turbo manual and was thoroughly impressed with the power and stability. I drive skoda 1.6 tdi so have ample experience with turbo.
The thing with the new Verna design is it grows on you over time.
This car has garnered so much attention even before launch, it will compete with C-suvs.😂😂
This format is great and you guys tend to cover things other channels don’t bother about, hence I end watching your videos most of the times and multiple times.
Thank you!
absolutely gorgeous vehicle when you see it yourself, booked one turbo dct today.
Awesome, when’s the delivery expected?
I booked mine a few days ago it says to be coming before 20th april
Love this format. And I love how you called the front Robocop styled. I was looking for the perfect adjective to describe it. Thank you. In my opinion, Hyundai has been killing it in terms of styling and looks in every segment! But hey..that's just me.
Glad you liked it!
Really well explained ADAS functions. Especially the Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Braking.
🙏🙏
This format is really engaging. Good one brother.
Thanks Rahul!
15:12.....was the coolest👌🏽
I enjoyed this review. I am from the Caribbean country of Trinidad and Tobago.
Hey Zigwheels, I really like this format of review, highly recommend to continue this in your future videos.
I have seen a lot of reviews and finally this one captures the seating position and comfort for tall drivers. Kudos to the anchor!
The new format of review is great.
Was waiting for a review from you..
Your are absolutely right.. i like way you give a big punch to New Verna hater's. Basically in India people does not support or encourage the new things.
The new format definitely works. Most of the available reviews simply talks about what the car is and what you get for the money, not why, and that's well explained here.
Thanks Reuben! 🙏
Loved the new format! On point , no-useless talks, 100% precise and honest and genuine review!
Thank you 🙏
3:07 hahahaaha good one 😂

Glad you liked it, Shankar!! - Tushar
As soon as I heard the PB joke, I hit like. Well done mate! 😂
😁😁
Very detailed video 👏👏
Never got bored throughout review
And covered everything needed to consider buying this car
@Tushar Kamath looking forward to more videos like this 🫶
Liked the new format, but I must confess, I'm viewing this channel for the first time. :)

@@zigwheels can we expect a longer term review of the Verna soon? 🤓
Very informative and useful. I am all for this format
3:10 that “inside sources” confirming the wheel size joke 😂. Well done.
😁😁
Really a great format .. Tushar,
I really liked the way you discribe all aspects of car is required for.
3:16 well welll wellll done 😂
Thankyou for showing the adaptive headlight function @ 2.48 by activating it through the steering wheel, that was thoughtful.
Everything well put and explained, one of the best reviews have came across..
Glad you liked it, Santosh!🙏
Liked the format!
Brilliant review. Love the simplicity with which the key takeaways can be gathered from the video.
I haven’t seen the old format but this intrigued me enough to subscribe to your channel

I really enjoyed watching your review. You bring lot of positive energy energy. Also your way of conducting the whole review was pleasing to watch. Please keep it up!!
Thanks a ton Harsh 🙏
One if the most detailed review , especially about the ADAS.
😁
A clear departure from the conventional approach of reviews.
Liked the flow and preciseness.
Thank you!
Please do a comparison with other sedans in the segment and yes I liked this video 👍, you should do more
Yessir! Appreciate the feedback 🙏
Tellurian brown colour was love ❤
Liked the review, but I hope you guys still do your performance tests separately if not in the same video.
Yep, we’ll get that lined up as soon as possible
Loved the format of the video. Truly amazing. ❤
Pakka points on place .I usually watch powerdrift and avoid other channels due to a generic review on just obvious stuff. But this is something catchy. good work Tushar. Looking forward for more such reviews.

Which colour is this? 1:50
Please make detailed video of the usage of all the ADAS features in the top model of verna
Car seems more wobbly even on smooth road as in video. Has the suspension softened?
Suspensions seriously bakwas hay, very wobbly on high-speed,also I've heard about squeaking problem 😅‼️
Great review zig wheels , Please continue this format with great detailing
Thank you for the feedback! 🙏
2:03 still hate the creta design 😊
10:43 spot on. Well said
Liked the review format !
Awesome!
3:10….. love for aftermarket alloy wheels of Punjabi people beautifully explained 🤣🤣🤣
The new format totally works!
Awesome, thanks for the feedback!
Tired of the usual specs recitation which every other reviewer does, so this style of qualitative review format is better. In fact, I love it!
🙏🙏
Loved it, was waiting for this review from you guys !
🙏🙏
Liked the new format
Very crisp and to the point.. well oriented and shootef and delivered .. total timing is just right

Is that black or grey color? Can i know which showroom in chennai have black color as display model.. Most have only grey or white
Loved the review format. Please keep it similar.
Thanks Ninad!
I Guess Hyundai's next VERNA will be an EV. The lower grill reminds me of Urus but overall good one. Thumbs up Tushar Sir.
Think I should wait till 2024?
3:08. Yep. That's a dig at my guys. However true it might be.
Not a dig, just an observation 😉.
Keep this type of review up
How is the ground clearance? As we know the speed breakers on roads very well. Can it run without getting hit?
None of those oversized speed breakers were encountered on this drive. We’ll get it for a road test to get a better idea about this 👍🏼
format is crisp
Good style of reviewing the car. Something fresh than other channels.
Thank you 🙏
I loved this style of presentation, you should move into the ethos of throttle house, works really well for Indian auto journalists
I LOVED IT PLEASE KEEP ON MAKING THESE VIDEOS
Superb review Tushar. I only watch your review on Zigwheels.
Thanks man! - Tushar
How about the build quality? Especially compared to Virtus and Slavia . And also NVH levels
Build quality is good, no creaking or loose fitting bits in the Verna, which we did, in fact, experience in the Slavia.
That, however, should not be taken as an indicator of crash safety (good or bad) in any capacity.
THIS FORMAT WORKS!
Thank you for delivering an actual review @zigwheels. Loved the CH number plate joke 🤣
Also, Mr Tushar for all the car content 🤝
😁😁 thanks Rohan - Tushar
Can you make a video on, which Car brand In India gives the best service quality and experience with low owning cost.
Saw this in flesh and it just looks amazing
if anybody think that this job is easy and fun just try to speak in proper manner while sitting in the car that is turned off while it's rainy environment outside.

Perfect review and evenly informative not overwhelming.
Thank you 🙏
Awesome review
Can you just explain about manual sx turbo adas features
Really liked your review. Truly informational and helpful. Can’t wait to own one… ❤😊
Mr.Tushar👍 Appreciate ur New Format👌Fluidic Presentation
Thanks man!
very well compiled and balanced review !
Thanks, Akash 🙏
Please include a space for suspension and ride quality tooo..
We’ll deep dive into that during our comparison review. The road conditions during this first drive weren’t varied enough to give us the complete picture
Earlier I didn't like it so much now it's going easier and looks more aggressive in turbo varients
Not gonna lie the red dual tone Verna looks like a spaceship on wheels .... It's the best colour for the Verna .... It is a very rich Mercedes like red ....
Nice review. All points covered.
Awesome, thank you 🙏
Virtus is hands down the best looking sedan among all of them, when it comes to design language.
Finally found a replacement for powerdrift. Great extensive video ❤
Glad you liked it!
Thanks for informative review 😊
Which colour is this ?
This design is very polarizing, the Virtus in red colour or City are the best looking cars in this segment
Go and See Slavia in red. That hotness is too much to handle.
What’s with the number plate you said?
