those "Gentlemen Prefer Hanes" ads are such classics the designs that they showed for Flair Squares looked AMAZING I enjoyed seeing the 3 ft. long flies in the women's pants in this volume "ugh, I hate liquid that splashes" LOL
The Skippy commercial is a classic. I had to laugh at that wallpaper ad!! I wonder how long that stuff hung on the walls before peeling off. I do wish someone would create an all 70's/80's channel with the 70's/80's commercials also! It would pry get more viewers than any other channel today!!
I love the early 80's :-) the blonde lady in the Clorox commercial played the mom in the Growing Pains spin-off sitcom (do they still have spin-off sitcoms?) "Just The Ten of Us" and if you watch a lot of movies and TV from the 80's and 90's you just spot her randomly in stuff I was real little when that splash less spout came out on the Clorox jugs but I recall that it was a HUGE deal for my mom LOL
I remember absolutely LOVING Miracle Whip and hating Mayo. I would have straight Miracle Whip sandwiches, but now it's nothing but mayo on anything that Miracle Whipe would have gone on. Of Course my daughters balk at Mayo and go for the Miracle Whip, and obviously I have to understand.
Miracle Whip was developed by Kraft as a less expensive alternative to mayonnaise during the Great Depression. It’s essentially mayo and a cheap filler salad dressing along with a few spices mixed in a giant vat. It made sense when it was introduced but it’s perplexing to me that some people prefer it over the real thing.
Does anyone know what the background music for the Marshall's commercial at 5:30 is called? I remember hearing it somewhat regularly in the 80s and perhaps late 70s.
Check out all the lovely, mysterious meat products from Oscar Mayer. Such delicious choices as: Picnic Loaf, Liver Cheese, Luxury Loaf! PRICE IS RIGHT! Aw man! THISISCBS The Family Feud voiceover sounds like he's speaking through a cardboard tube

Flair Squares were a game show fee plug item at this time.
3:10 Emanuel Lewis! R.I.P.. I mean to his career.

33 and still laughing like a 10-year-old at "Ben-Gay".
Oh, those Flair Squares are uuuuuugly!
"Johnny Olson speaking for The Price Is Right: A Mark Goodson-Bill Toddman production!" For me, Johnny WAS the voice of TPIR. Much missed.

@ the Skippy ad: Bet if your mom REALLY loved you, she wouldn't finished that sandwich with a second piece of bread ;p
It's Annette Funny Jell-O.

lmao in the first one the guy just jams his face in her armpit and takes a big whiff
The female bowler has a terrific body. Nice. slender. Natural.
Look at Marshalls... giving away all its dirty retail secrets....
@MarindiaProductions If they even went on like that in the first place. The fact that I have never seen these before makes me think they were awful.
@spuddo21
Damn you I was about to point out that vital piece of information too!
Oh God, the Flair Squares are so ugly! I can just picture the work going on right now to scrape those things off the wall to get the house sold!
Going down a slide in a skirt is probably not the best idea.
what kinda creepy-ass date was she on in those hanes stockings, with the leering bobby and the dickens-esque street lighting
@m3trooper cruel haha
@kerberos623 it means Gentlemen prefer hanes on girls. Me, I prefer hanes or L'eggs on girls
Gentleman prefer hanes.hmm in my mind I though he was wearing the pantyhose. 8)
Gentleman prefer Hanes. Way to confuse the youth of the 80's.
