I decided to stop coloring my hair about a year ago. It took many many years for me to embrace my grey hair. I shaved my hair off down to a half inch and as it was growing out I was getting used to it. It wasn't until I found your channel that I really started to love my grey hair. Thank you so much. You are awesome. 💖

Thank you so much Naturally Graceful, I'm glad I made a comment bout my gray, brown and honey blonde hair I feel much better bout it I'm just gonna start embracing my beautiful colors and be Happy with it. I'm proud to be a 51 year old colorful beautiful butterfly. Thanks for the encouragement God bless you 😇
Cartesia how beautifully said that you are a colorful butterfly! 👏🏼 So happy you are finding encouragment as you endure the grombre stage! Soon you will be helping another butterfly who is going through the same thing!
Thanks so much for this video because I don't want to go back to coloring my grey but it some times makes me sad when I look at myself the mirror. Watching videos like yours helps me. Coloring is not an option for me, anymore. I guess it's just vanity, but I'm trying to not give up.
Anntoinette Boyd Not vanity Antoinette it can be an adjustment to see ourselves so different then what we are used to. I’m so glad you are receiving encouragement from my videos. I’m going live on Thursday @1:30PM if you’re able to join to get some support. 🦋
Thank you I'm going for it.... it's overwhelming dying my hair... I've noticed it's only staying black for 18 days then the gray pops back up... I'm 39 yrs old and think I'm too young to stop dying it.... but I'm going for it
oneevolving I can so relate to feeling overwhelmed to dye your hair.. 18 days is actually good mine lasted for maybe 5days before gray halo sprouted. So excited for you! I’m Nina what’s your name? I’ll be going live Thursday @1:30PM if you would like to join for support😉🦋
Beautiful...I was a a crochet kind a girl for years to mask the grey...did some research and found out that some crotchet hair have a type of chemical in it...long story short my number two inspirations were Naturallygraysful and her guest...been following them two for at least a year
Thank you for this video it helped me to keep moving forward in my journey to grey, I would do the box braids just a little hard finding the grey braiding hair, you know young girls are buying this grey hair I don't think I would've bought that hair color when I was younger
@@NaturallyGraysful Yes I'm there. I'm embracing who I am now. I survived a stroke then left side paralysis and one year learning to walk and everything. Grateful and glad to be gray.
Today I started my gray transition.i took a picture and I plan to stick it because I think gray hair is beautiful. I am turning 60 and want to gracefully gray.
I’m not sure how a found you but I am so thankful for you! Like many people, I am working from home and sheltering in place. I’ve been contemplating letting my grays grow in. I have one bottle of dye left so why waste it since I’m home all day every day? I haven’t dyed my hair since March 1. It is definitely a journey. Looking forward to exploring your other videos!
Stephanie so happy you found the channel! Thank you for watching and sharing your story. Please email me at nina@naturallygraysful.com with any question or video requests to help you along the way😉🦋
I have that "grombre" hair right now and I HATE it!! I know it won't last forever, but right now it's so annoying. I plan on cutting off all of the dark ends as soon as I get at least 2 more inches of growth. It will be my 4th big chop; thank goodness I don't mind short hair...LOL Anyway, I'm doing the turbans and headwraps until my hair grows out a little more.
GulfCoastLady I understand beautiful 🦋 some parts of the journey aren’t fun! I hear you ok not minding the short hair! And 👏🏼 awesome so glad your doing headwraps!😍
Sheila Massey you’re most welcome Sheila! I can see how that can be difficult. Headbands are definitely a great option. Unfortunately every stage has an awkward point🙁

Winsome Place So glad you have found inspiration 🦋👩🏽🦳 I did see some videos about the chemicals with hair extensions😣
I love this video!! Some days I love my grey and some days I hate my grey, buy overall, I like my grey if that makes sense.
That makes complete sense! Thank you for sharing so others know they aren't alone with their love hate relationship with their gray.

I am so happy to hear that! So true I would not have bought gray hair either but thankfully it's a trend cause that leaves us options.
True, don't compare your journey to others.
Right?! It makes the journey more enjoyable when we can practice contentment 😉
Thank you for the encouragement!

Been going gray before Corona due to dermatitis
Love it!
That's awesome Felice! So happy to hear!🦋
Can you show us how that black one would look on your hair just too see how to fix it
Great suggestion I can ask Ava. I think it would look different because my hair is not as long as Ava's.

@@NaturallyGraysful what time?
I am going gray and growing out an undercut. I am trying to find different headbands but it hard. Thanks for the positive videos.
Sheila Massey you’re most welcome Sheila! I can see how that can be difficult. Headbands are definitely a great option. Unfortunately every stage has an awkward point🙁
The only issue I have with my hair greying is my edges around my face.
Thanks for sharing Mayonie. Is it that it’s only greying at the edges? Or is the health of your edges the issue?
@@NaturallyGraysful No I have embraced my grey.
My grey edges make me look old.
