    Great video! All 3 phases of a ring dip nicely explained. Keep posting new videos.
    I have a couple of doubts.
    1. How to maintain stability during concentric phase? As I rise up my legs move forward giving a back-forth rocking movement. My anchor point is almost at 4m height. There’s no scope to lower it.
    2. Is it ok to have slightly protracted shoulders and hollow body position?
    Thanks in advance.

    • @BodyweightProcess
      @BodyweightProcess  2 роки тому +1

      First off thank you!
      1. That 4m anchor point could definitely be the issue, but I think it’s really going to come down to adaptation and regressing to a more stable position to practice for the time being. Not sure how long you’ve been training ring dips, but if you’re fairly new I believe starting with a lower AP or even adding a sturdy object below your feet to help decrease the distance between the rings and AP could help. If you can’t find a new AP try adding a reliable/sturdy object for you to stand on that could allow you to set up easily for the dip and even practice just the concentric phase (also might be helpful to train just the negative for longer durations). If it starts to help, overtime gradually increase the distance between the rings + AP, go back to the original set up and and test it out. At some point those 4m ring dips should feel more stable, but it will take time and gradual work 👍🏼
      2. I personally don’t see anything wrong with it as your body is going to find its natural position on rings. I’d just avoid forcing a heavily protracted position.
      Thanks for watching 💯

    Question, I am in phase 2 of bbr but instead of following the L-sit chin up in phase one I skipped it for normal pull ups, and now in phase 2 I started to add some weights to my pull ups, should I stop doing the weighted and follow the program and do the tucked L-sit wide pull ups?
