Quick question my punch board came with an additional sticker chart for measurements, but they are .# like 3.2 or 3.8 paper width for bows and 15.2 paper size for boxes..I'm confused. How do you measure .#? I'm use to seeing 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and so forth. I'm not understanding the 3.2, 3.8 or like 15.2 sizes for paper. If you can help that would be great. Loved your video an steps!
