Recently I have started using locally available citronella based Agarbattis as mosquito repellent and they are very effective, cheap and smells good. My concern is whether they are harmful or not in the long run.
They are very harmful, India has banned it, local companies base it wet from China and label and process it here so it's allowed, it doesn't contain citronella or lemongrass of any kind, it's just pure chemical use. If you use it for 2+ weeks you'll see your eyes irritated, sinus irritated and cough problems (if you had minor symptoms before), it can even cause headaches and migraine

Glad that my parents told me this 30 years ago & I do not use any of these products. Allethrin is also used among most mosquitos repellents. Which is cause of cancer. I was not allowed to eat jams & ketchups as a kid.

Keep door closed for 1 hr then open it. Read the instructions which is given with the repellents. Don't be stupid. They don't kill mosquitoes as they are repellents so mosquitoes will fly away. If u keep door closed then how mosquitoes fly away? This utuber is misinformed and does not have the right practice.

Fruits and vegetables should never be eaten together as they digest differently. Fruits take 1-2 hours to digest and vegetables take 4-7 hours to digest. So, never ever eat them together.

Look at herbivores animals in jungles like monkey, elephants, etc who all eat fruits in the morning and never ever catch deadly diseases like humans do. I have been eating fruits in the morning since more than an year and I have see amazing changes in my health. Just make sure that fruits are local, seasonal,fresh and free from pesticides. And don't eat anything after eating fruits for atleast 2 hours.
