- Warmer weather is here, so that means that it’s time braids and twists styles. Today’s video features the Xpression twisted up boho wavy bomb twists by Outre. This is the perfect install to achieve the twist look. This style is so convenient because you simply can get up and go with minimal to no effort. The illusion crochet method is so nice because it gives the illusion that you have individual twists and no one has to know that it’s a crochet install. Possibly, the twists are small so if your plats are small then it could work

How did the style hold up and for how long?
The style held up great! I kept it in for 16 days the first time (only took it out to try a new style). I reused the hair and went on vacation (swimming in pools and in the ocean) and kept it in for three weeks. It held up just fine. After the chlorine and salt water I don't know if I'll be able to reuse it again though.

How many hours did it take to do?
I’d say it took about 45 minutes to an hour to install the hair after braiding. I’m not the best braider and with filming, it may take me about two hours
Does this hair knot up easily?
No, not at all. Also, I did remove the curly pieces, but the twisted pieces did not. Just be sure to wear a satin bonnet at night.
You cut out all the curly pieces?
