I am glad that you find it useful (unlike YT algorithm)

I have the 22w version and find that air-assist is absolutely needed whenever the machine is in use. Both times I didn't use air-assist, I immediately got a lens alarm because some dust from the engraving had gotten onto the lens. A quick wipe with the included microfiber cloth fixed that. I also found that I had to fine-tune the machine in Lightburn via the "scanning offsett adjustment" feature, because I was getting a double-image on engravings. Basically, when doing bi-directional engraving, the lines were ever so slightly shifted which led to blurry results. (I.e. when it went from left to right, the line was shifted by about 0.2mm compared to the line going from right to left, setting the scanning offset to 0.1 brought the lines together. I had to do this for a couple of speeds, then Lightburn calculates the best offset for all remaining speeds) The adjustment fixed this too and now it gives very nice and sharp results.
To make positioning easier, I've put my engraver on a piece of plywood that covers the entire bottom of the machine and then inserted each leg into 3D printed leg holders with 3 arms each that have a hole, with the machine in place I screw it down so it can not shift. So my machine is fixed in place now. Then I designed a complete grid with absolute coordinates, circles, rectangles and other things for everything I intend to engrave and then burned this into this piece of plywood. Now I have a work surface with the machine coordinates right on the surface and also spots for the things I typically engrave. Engraving something now is as easy as simply putting the text or design inside the corresponding circle in Lightburn, then placing the physical item in the same circle on the board in the machine, then you just home the machine and hit start and off it goes. I believe this is called a "waste board grid".
With all that said, I am very happy with mine. I got it on their recent flash sale for only 550 Euros and have since added a big honeycomb, Crealitys enclosure, their rotary roller axis and I have bought Cloudray OD6+ glasses because I do not trust the included glasses. Its an excellent machine!

My dear friend! This equipment suffers from the same problem as some competitors. The work area is very small. I saw one compatible with this whose working area is 600 mm. Therefore, my preference is for the machine with the largest area.

can this engrave like a brass or silver coin?
