Saw Rod on this tour and he played this song at the gig I attended. Back then I was only interested in singers, now I have great respect for the musicians, but Rod was and is the greatest white soul singer of all time!

Saw him do this song live, in1987,after he made a comeback of sorts....ditching the eye makeup, leopard prints and tights for tailored suits.I remember the audience gasping, when he came out in a bright yellow tailored sportcoat & black slacks...he was in fine form that night...I remember chills running down my spine when hed hit the high notes..one of the best concerts ive seen, ever(2hrs!)a refreshing change from the Dya think Im sexy yrs...where he played 1& half hrs &sang DYTIS twice...ugh!
im 51 & was 16 yrs old & slept outside this venue two nights from 1st-2nd dec 1978 to get tix ,remember it well ,coz do ya think im sexy entered the charts at no.1.been great watching full concert on youtube .
