This is literally incredible. A lot of outstanding music came out of the 60s and 70s, but this might just be the pinnacle of live performances. A band simply cannot play better than this; so tight. And, of course, Rod's sensational gravely voice. At the top of his game here -- pure power and presence.10/10.

Ronnie and Rod are right there with them.
That was cool when all 5 of them were singing, the two Ronnie's on one mic and Rod went to the drummers mic and then the keyboard player. These guys were so connected in the same spirit and joy of music 🎶

I lived close to Detroit later and went there almost every weekend to see bands. There is still lots of good bands out there today I find but a little out of my price range. The ticket prices in the 70s were silly cheap. £2-£3-£4-£5 to see a top act was common. I used to catch 2 or 3 gigs a week for many years. Fortunately I lived in Brighton which meant everyone came through at some point. I've seen so many bands I lost track years ago , but I missed out on the early Stones, Beatles, Floyd, Kinks, Animals simply because there was so much choice and demand for Tix. Back then bands made money from album sales, and tours were more about building up a fan base. Bands were touring living in their vans not 5 star luxury hotels...that came much later!
My biggest disappointment was not seeing Jeff Beck on his last tour. Tickets were available at the Hard Rock Hotel near Sacramento (where I live) and they were a measly $45. Downside was the room at the hotel for the night was $350. Total deal breaker for me. 3 months later my favourite musician of all time dies on us. Gutted beyond belief.
I feel sorry for the subsequent generations who have had to endure ridiculous ticket prices for EVERY band these days. The royalties that bands receive from Spotify etc could be significantly higher to help make seat prices more affordable, but ain't gonna happen. The music business is its own worst enemy.
