It looks like the older gentleman is already turning his anger into action by virtue of expressing his right to protest. Did he say that he was going to do something illegal in order to effect change? What did he say that we have to start our own of? What did the business owner mean by we have to do it in a right way? It looks, to me, like he was expressing his emotions during an emotional conversation. I get what the business owner was trying to do. There should be a better way of effecting change without being killed. Period. Based on what I saw in the video it doesn’t seem like he needed to be checked. It looked like he needed space to “let it out”.
