As a Native American non-binary human being I was insulted by the fact that I couldn't speak and only African-Americans could I went there to support George Floyd and I felt it was runned a little bit racist from self overall I'm okay with happened because I went there to help George Floyd get Justice and that's all it really matter to me in the end David call

Burlington PD has many great officers , some of which have saved my life. A gentleman (OFF. H) went above and beyond his duty to bring me back to life when I had been dead for 2 1/2 mins. It runs deeper than isolated incidents , we need to look at the war on drugs and our largely punitive criminal justice model as a whole. There the change we ALL need lies... NOT just colored people. There is only one race its called HUMAN. Bless the good people in uniform!!! Bless the United States!
Agreed SO many great officers who are assuredly mentors .I'm so proud of vt officers who have stepped up in this effort they have observed 1st hand problematic behaviors. The issue at hand is specifically how african americans are STATISCALLY mistreated In this instance tortured & murdered... with out any charges...

I was there at at this protest a lot of things I liked about it and it's a lot of things that kind of discourage me,
When ALL LEO agencies follow suit of the few (insultingly few) , states that have a separate watchdog investigating all use of excessive force and ANY deaths, things WILL NOT GET BETTER. How corrupt is it that you can simply say your buddy coworker who shot someone because he was a coward, didnt know how to react, and shouldn't have taken the job, did nothing wrong, and he gets away with murder.
