That's a lot to ask of one tool! Check out ManyRequests: profitable.tools/manyrequests (affiliate) Personally, I opt for more of a uni-tasker approach these days. We use seperate tools for tasks, help desk (email requests from clients), sales, team chat (no client live chat for us right now).
