Hello there is a rent to own but not usually offered by developers. A rent to own is a scheme where the owner earns from rental + interest rates. It does not include banks. In payment terms where developer would let you move in upon 5% downpayment and gives you 2 years before releasing the bank loan, this is called early move in but they tend to brand it as "rent to own" which is wrong
