The S.T.A.B line is an acronym for same type attack bonus. If a pokemon uses an attack that is the same type as it, the move gets a 1.5X boost. E.g if jolteon uses thunderbolt which is 90 base power, with STAB its 135 base power

The Lake Guardians are all pure psychic type. The water you were getting is legit just them holding down their respective lakes. The one up on time and apace line is probably about the Red Chain, an item used to control Palkia and Dialga, only made from the Guardians. I absolutely love seeing the homie get lost once you get to bars that you'd need Pokedex for 😂

A. My guy you seem to really hate how he doesn't know as much about pokemon as you do. It's the rappers job to do the research, not the listeners. If they pick up on it, cool. If not, cool.
B. It's a solid bar, but also not nearly as pertinent to the Regi's as Cam was specifically rapping about the OG three, as shown by the roster in his intro card. I was able to pick up almost all of Cam's bars cause I know gen 3 like the back of my hand. Didn't catch that last one cause I stopped playing after gen 8 and never even touched the DLC/
