For those interested in the math of turning lights off. If you leave an average LED light (10 watts) on all day (24 hours) everyday for a month (30 days), it'll use 7200 watts. The average cost of a kw/h of electricity in the US is $0.1619. So it'll cost you $1.17 a month to leave it on the whole time. Put another way, a light that's left on an extra hour a day every day will cost a little less than five cents a month. It's good not to be wasteful, but if having a bright house at times makes you happier and more productive, is it really a waste?
And most LEDs are less than 10w, the ones I use are only 4w. People tend to forget how extremely cheap LED lights are. And an idle charger (not charging) consumes about 1w. So even if left plugged 24/7 it will only cost $0.11 a month.
@@FunkyJeff22 depends on whether "off" is actually off. A basic table lamp will use no electricity when it's off because its switch breaks the circuit completely. But a lot of electronics these days have clocks, built-in memory, background functionally, etc., such that "off" just means (much) lower power consumption.
@@FunkyJeff22 Usually it is, but really low. For example TV its standby power(plugged in, turned off) is about 5 watts which costed about $0.014 per day, so even if you leave it plugged in for the whole year you still wouldn't really notice the money it costed you.
Not in the yabai way! As an example, they had a sleepover once and the others said Ao kept trying to talk to them all night and wouldn't let them sleep. She was described as annoying to deal with. xD Ao's never really had these kind of friendships before. So she gets very excited and wants to do things, regardless of other's sleep schedules
2:22 actually, electricity only goes up when you use the electricity for it, it counts for the power used and since power is work done/energy over time and that we don't use the energy for our plugged outlets, it won't count~
Depending on what type of electronics you have, is more often than not that plugging and unplugging is more dangerous to the object since the electronic components are heating and cooling off all the time which in turn reduces the objects lifespan. If not sure then it's better to have them plugged in even if not using it.
Most common phone chargers nowadays are built to be left plugged in cause they can stop the electric circuit to go through if there is no phone connected so yes I agree.
that is something that had to be taken into account for a decade ago tech has been improving, alot of electronics are manufactured with keeping it plugged in at all time in mind now so its not as big of a deal like how you used to mute your tv before you switch it off in the past but its not something that we do anymore
Why does she have to unplug everything? Isn't just switching the appliances off good enough? Personally, there's some appliances that I just switch off when I leave the house and others I don't. I off my phone charger but not the WiFi. The WiFi takes waaaay too long to boot up when turned off, I wanna be connected as soon as I get into range, not to mention detecting the WiFi takes time too.
ua-cam.com/video/koZFUTvP0nQ/v-deo.html Tldr: Stuff left plugged in uses very very few watts, if at all. Less than 0.1w of draw if at all (The meter being used only measures above 0.1w). Anything that is permanently on (very few things if any) or anything that has a battery will draw some power if left plugged in. Most notably, your pc will draw a constant 2w if left plugged in, supposedly to charge the motherboard battery that is used to keep the clock running and other shit. But other than that, basically all devices are fine left plugged in.
Another reason that she wont move with ReGLOSS is that she wont able to call mommy for help in horror games.
that list of pros made me think, "wait, was she trying to be a butler?"
I mean, is that not the dream? Who *wouldn't* want a handsome roommate who does your laundry and makes you tea?

I saw the list. I thought of the Hayate the Combat Butler. She will do anything to please her girl. 😂😂😂
so basically a perfect house wife
Phone chargers nowadays won't use electricity if not charging something. You can measure it with wattmeter.
If you leave an inactive charger plugged in, it will use like a couple pennies of electricity per year.
