When I watched Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, it changed me forever. I am still a hack but, at least now I have some idea what I am doing. Before I understood about salt, fat, acid and, heat, nearly everything I made was a bit hit and miss. Now, I get it. Again, you rock! Keep it up!!
Great video sir! Ive been bindge watching over the the Christmas break. Better content than our streaming services! Grilled onions are big in our house everytime I do burgers. It would be neat to see you cook a brisket or a pork butt. Or another big piece of meat.

Great video, Sonny! The recipe looks really tasty. Great explanations. Great tip about dimpling the burger patties - a lot of people don't do that and get nearly spherical burgers. I love the pickled onions - they make a big difference over raw. Same thing with pickled mustard seeds. It's another favorite of mine. One other delicious way I top my burgers is with leftovers like smoked pulled pork or brisket. Great video!

I suggest you use a catch phrase at the end like „you know that I love you... and I’m out“ and then something intense like kicking the fridge with a back kick! You’ll thank me later Also you should make some kind of salt with Rosemary! If you know you know 😆
