    INGREDIENTS: 1 recipe naan dough (link in video)
    for the spice mix:
    3/4 TBSP coriander seed
    3/4 TBSP cumin seed
    3/4 TBSP mustard seed
    1/2 TBSP chili powder
    1/2 TBSP garam masala
    1/2 TBSP black pepper
    For the lamb mix:
    1 lb fatty ground lamb
    1/2 large onion diced
    1 thumb-sized ginger diced
    2 large garlic cloves diced
    1/3 Fresno chili diced
    5 TBSP tomato paste
    3/4 TBSP Maldon salt
    2 slices of muenster cheese

    Hi Sonny, do you think that I could substitute the lamb for pork or beef? Or would it just make it weird. 🤔

      I see no one ever responded to this. Beef would be fine. Beef is more neutral in flavor so it takes on the spices very strongly. It just isn't often used in Indian culture. Pork is less ideal because it has more of it's own flavor. It can work but it requires a little bit of adaptation so I would suggest not doing it till you're very comfortable with the recipe.
