I discovered Front 242 from a blind purchase of several records that I had ordered from the liner that was inside of my recently purchased Meat Beat Manifersto's Storm The Studio record from WaxTrax Records. I started dating a cool girl in '88 who turned me onto Skinny Puppy's Bites / Remission CD and fell in love with both. A friend recommended MBM. AWESOME! I just needed more of this new found music! Back then all one had to go by when selecting a record from WaxTrax was the cover art or the band name. I got Headhunter, FLA Provision, PTP, Revco and a few others on my first order.
