What size of powertank is on there? Also what mount did you use for it?
That is the 10 lb bottle with the PowerTank bracket that comes in their kits. Mounted through some bolt holes already on the cargo rack. Drilling matching holes in the PowerTank bracket may be required.
will the alta cargo rack work with stock tire carrier with the teraflex tailgate hinge?
Unfortunately not, it must be used in conjunction w/ both the Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier & Alpha HD Adjustable Spare Tire Mounting Kit (# 4838150).
Where do you get the shovel mounts?
Those are Quick Fist mounts that were used to mount the shovel.

It's really best to have the hinged carrier for the additional strength.
what size rotopax goes on the inside?
That was a 1 gallon unit.
Any room for a reversing camera?
There is plenty of room to mount one onto this rack.

Place CB or Ham Radio antenna mounts via left and right of the rack. Excellent locations, I see it as a military vehicle theory of high and away from banging against the cab all the crappin time. Most trails these days are devoid of over hanging branches to include those of us whom mostly travel wide open desert 🌵 terrain and need taller for better transmission and receive range. I am tied of small short garbage... Besides, I WANNA GO BACK to the days I pulled into the A&W drive up and (Under the retractable Tent) knocking out all their tube lights with my 103" stainless steel whip!!!!

I currently have the acc. mount for hi lift jack for the tersFlex carrier, is there a CB mount for this new rack
also do you have to remove the jack baseplate
These are questions I'd like to know too. Same setup.
There is a CB mount, and we did take the base of the Hi lift jack. so we could mount it tighter to the carrier.

I just picked up this rack on Sale from a Customer Return situation. I put the "basket" part together the other night, that was a long process, no reason for that, as rails bolt to basket, so most of the time is getting the plastic corners. Improvement #1 : design the "beauty" rails to not need the plastic corner things. The rack is not light, very heavy as all steel save the "beauty" rails, Improvement #2: make at least the basket out of Aluminum. The overall look of it is rad, like the end result, just need to lighten that sucker up and make it a little easy to assemble.
looks nice, but it would be awesome if this could be used without the teraflex bumper.
Bumper?? Did you mean tire carrier??
It attaches to our hinged carrier, most any bumper will work with it.

Philip Gragg - I did that with old bedframe material back in the 70's. I did NOT hardly have a couple of dollars in my pocket at the time. I made one for my Colemen ice chest, It worked, but it was BUTT ugly, measurements were off, made terrible clanging sounds to such a degree no one could hear anything including spoken word. It ruined the great looks of my CJ-5, a white Laredo model... Come on fellas! Think quality!
