@@MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem Trust and Believe I'm working on it. I own a Real Estate Transaction Coordinating business so I communicate with and build relationships with escrow agents daily. I asked a couple of them recently about their process on utilizing me as a preferred notary. They basically said I would need to be Bancserv approved, that's basically who they have their relationship with, so I'm working on getting that squared away😊
Omg this episode helped me so much. ESPECIALLY to dig ONE hole instead of many half dug. Focusing on doing loan signings instead of RON etc. Add the RON services after you are more confident with the process and physical forms. As I've felt overwhelmed and lost all bc I was trying to do all the things just starting out. Now that I have my LLC set up, highly insured and have NNA cert/background done. Im going to focus on getting my first loan signing. I will go back through the course again. I'm almost done with it, but I got sidetracked doing the NNA cert, insurance, setup, and ended up trying to get Google business page set up and hadn't gone back to finish my course with LSS that I was almost done with. I'm very thankful that we are able to keep watching it and reviewing it. Even if just listening while cleaning house, I feel it's beneficial to go through it a couple times

I have the Notary Essentials from the NNA. It came with a background check. Is that different from the NNA Signing Agent Certification?
