    Good stuff. I've been struggling in this area. It's hard to 'take credit' for something that ultimately you coach / influence / servant-lead. Especially when you get to more qualitative areas as team empowerment, decision making and putting a metric on that. I got as far as setting goals, outcomes and agreeing on a metric, even if it's just asking "did we really improve on this?". Gives me some confidence I'm not miles away from what the top minds are thinking. Thanks Ryan and Neil!
