    Bob Miller is a 99-year-old veteran who participated in multiple fronts during WWII. He joined the Navy in January 1941 and participated in the Battle of the Atlantic. When the United States got dragged into WWII, he went on to take part in Operation Torch (Invasion of North Africa). Part 2 covers Bob's experiences at Guadalcanal, Operation Dragoon (Invasion of Southern France), the liberation of the Philippines, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. He recalls Admiral Calvin Durgin commanding his ship during Operation Dragoon. Bob also remembers frequent kamikaze attacks while he was in the Pacific. After the war, Bob took part in Hurricane Hunters with Navy B-17s. Bob Miller was honorably discharged on January 22nd, 1947.
