Honestly there's a lot to be said about just watching somebody work without much narration that can be very insightful. Some of the most important lessons I've learned in engineering (not just audio) are from watching someone who is incredibly good at it.

it’s pretty simple, just create audio & midi tracks, organize them, color code them etc, then when you’re done go to save and save as default template or something like that
