I'm 6' 350lb and its holding me pretty well I've been riding it for a few weeks now
I was broke AF a few months ago and needed to bike to work 10 miles away. Walmart had a sale on a Schwinn 29er for $200. It was surprisingly good from the start but the odds and ends on it were still cheapo. The frame was really good though, so as I made more money I upgraded the odds and ends into what is now a totally badarse hardtail MTB. I put about $700 more into it.
Really good price for what you get, if it's a limited run you got a unicorn. Since I got back into bmx I'm amazed at what some of the old school bikes are going for
I don't think they are limited, we got confused by the numbering and that appears to only be a container numbering for this particular batch
I rode my buddy’s Hyper Jetfuel 26 today & I was impressed. I own 7 SE’s which cost a lot, not including the modifications & upgrades, but for the price, the Hyper is unbelievable. Don’t know how they can even make any money on a bike like this, considering just how good it is for the money. The weight is pretty much standard compared to big name 26” bmx cruisers, & it rides smooth, is comfortable & looks great. The only thing I don’t like about the bike is the old style quill stem & the single walled rims, although they look really good & the sealed high flange gold hubs look awesome. The frame, handlebars & cranks are most likely mild steel, but I’m sure they would hold up. Mild steel is strong, just not as light as cromoly or alloy. Don’t know if the forks are Cromoly, but Snafu is a good name for forks. Aside from the rims, I’m sure this bike could prolly handle most abuse. The headset, stem & bottom bracket look cheap, but could be upgraded along with an adaptor for the quill stem. Now I want one or two of these myself, but they’re sold out!

Nothing wrong with that. I enjoyed this video. Already done exactly that with a 24” redline in a few years the only thing redline was the stem it morphed into a 24” yess cruiser .
This color has the most memes on the internet of BMX history. I bet this bike could be a cool cruiser but the old school non-integrated threaded headset would come lose with some jumps. Thanks for sharing Wheelie D

Looks great for the money👍🏻 I build a custom hyper Indy in jet fuel and spent a small fortune, then they brought this out for a lot less reasonable price I was like ha ha no way🤦♂️

That is way to cool for school.. That may be classed as a "budget" bike. But it's got some better gear than I had on mine back in school.

The hi tensile steel is a no go.
But the other parts easily justify the cost. Wish they would charge 100 more and use aluminum. I paid $350 for my aluminum 26” Haro Group 1 RS2 a couple of years ago
@@wal2 scared of aluminum I cracked more than 1 pk ripper back in the day. 33 lbs aint shit so couldnt care less on the steel, I'd prefer 4130 over both. I was thinking about getting one my last bike was a custom Trick Star....30 years ago! so this would let me know if riding was something I wanted to get back into w/o a high cost to enter I tried 20" a few years ago and I felt like a circus bear on it. considering pulling trigger on this monday

Looks like Walmart bumped the price up to $250, the 3rd party sellers are more when WM is out of stock

I agree calling it "BMX" bike is a stretch if only by the looks. It should be considered a cruiser with BMX looks
I know about the wizard and the indy but never rode the 26in but i always support mike laird. The hyper bike's from Walmart come with cheap parts but that can be changed

It looks really good value for money, however it would only be great for cruising, no stunts like jumping etc. But if you're just cruising and enjoy just cycling it's great!

@@DigitalSubset you need to pay attention to the seller at Walmart, needs to just say Walmart as seller, it’ll be 168, through the hyper website it shoots you to any supplier at Walmart with it available, and it’s always more when it’s not actual Walmart👌🏼

I've not seen a modern bmx bike that uses a "quill" stem. (Rather than threadless) Overall, I think it's a cool bike for $168. I currently ride a DK Sentry 24" I scored used after having my DK Legend 26" stolen.

I kinda like the stickers. It may be cheap but it’s got some cool stuff and a good overall look. I still remember how terrible cheap bikes were in the 80’s. There was no hiding it back then

I love this bike and have been seeing it out of stock for a long time now. And every time it comes back in stock its 255$ and it sucks because i really want it but its really annoying seeing it go up in price

@@crankyoldguy2824 yes! I got it for 168 before tax and it costed me 176$ with tax i just got it today but its raining but i still took it out for a ride and its a blast i love this bike alot
@@g.o.d6726 nice dude, ok heads up, rear wheel bearings on (mine) were to tight, had to loosen it up. The the crank was loose in the bottom bracket, had to snug it up, and they had a spacer wrong on the crank causing the sprocket to look bent, and to be honest not enough grease in any of it, re apply generously

750 of 1250 is just the purchase order quantity coming off the container from China. There was 1250 in the container...Cool looking...fun on the bike path.. I'd break it on the first table top or double. Keep it up the great content brother.

I saw this bike on a website brand new foe $50, you got scammed
I got this bike about a year ago but it was pretty different it has mushroom grips the part that connects the wheel and none was black the pedal arms were black and the brakes are a bit longer and tilted differently and didn't have that down gaurd
And has a jet fuel sticker where you had the foam gaurd

I got a similar bike (different colour) from the same brand and it comes with the same stand that you have. After 2 days the stand just bent and couldn't be used again.

Lol as a bmx rider since 8 years old I got my first pro bmx bike at age 13 in 2015 I’m 21 now I still have the same bike ima fix it tomorrow morning 😅 I got the bike for $650 brand new and I just spent $400 to fix it , it took 7 years later,since it broke down on me in 2019 and I haven’t rode it since but ima fix it today at 8am in the morning In like 56 degree weather before it rains I missed riding bmx so much my uncle got me into it its my favorite sport I forgot to mention my bike is a FitBikeCo , nice oil slick bike 😎 keep up the audio videos I’ll like to se the b2 rage 4 channel 1200 watt I believe I have one in my truck lol and a b2 riot 3200 mono block it can never b2 loud

Looks cool but I would not trust it I mean the rims are single wall aluminium rims plus look how thin the hubs are plus because it's chrome means it is slightly weaker as well as that I think it would rust in 2 days lol. Love the vids keep it up just it's not a very safe bike but mean anyone would fall for that colour 😀. Ok now im done ranting about the bike pls continue:

Looks like you received the bike with a different crank set than the crank I received on my bike. You had any problems with the crank loosening up after a days ride? That is the only issue I've had so far.
I tightened up everything and greased the headset and bottom bracket
