I think the MAM bottles are great! They pretty much come completely apart for a very thorough cleaning, and they are self sterilizing. I used them for my 1st child and currently expecting my 2nd. Hopefully this child likes them as well as my 1st born. I was a nursing mom and they seem to mimic the nipple well. Congratulations and thanks for sharing!
Just have to go into guest service's like the front customer service area and say you made a bavy registry and got an email about a baby gift bag and that's it 😊 they won't mail them
The MAM bottles are easy when you are on the road. You can sterilize it on itself ,or how do I explain this in English (I'm sorry, I'm from Belgium). You don't need a sterilizer, just a little bit of water and a microwave (which you can find in most restaurants)
Wow! You got lucky with your amazon box. I didn’t even get half that. My box was pretty bad and definitely not the $35 they claimed. I spent like $250 off my registry too. 😂
Jena McKinney Mine was horrible too! I just got a pamper sample bag, cuties and mama bear diaper samples, avent bottle, a few coupons, & a pack of Huggies wipes lol. I was so disappointed.
Only freebie I got was the Baby Box... and starting April 1st 2019... they changed from the box to a sleep sack. I was HOPING to get the actual box because I didn't want to have to spend close to $100 or more on a bassinet that baby will grow out of super quickly. The samples I got were 2 sample packs of the Lasinoh pads/storage bags and 2 samples of Dove baby wash. Since they changed from box to sack... I DO NOT recommend wasting your time, or money on shipping (which would have been $20 for me in Canada, I went to pick it up at a designated location).

You have to buy 35 bucks online at target to get the bag shipped now. I called every store within 30 Miles. The bags are rarely in store since the pandemic.
I got the Walmart box for free? And The baby box is actually safer than a crib or bassinet. I was going to just make one lol but for $10 with the mattress, doesn't sound horrible. I am due January 2020 and will be getting one for when my baby chills at my sister's home. I am still getting a bassinet though cuz they cute. Thank you for the vid!

Love all the freebies you found. Save some money, and get a surprise! Cloth diapers are amazing! And you dont neccessarily have to have disposables for being out or when baby is with others, they can just go in a wet bag for hen you get home. Love them!

Today to everybody or can choose money, but that not even so much as the box valuble, if you get twins, you can choose two boxes or one and money. Also in Finland and many countrys in north letting their babies sleeps outside in ther stroller/pram even at winter, fresh air and good whit clothes on. Finland has one way to help deliver a child, makes less damage for mums, in natural birth, doesnt have to sew, even some places in Sweden has start doing the same, becourse midwifes from Finland start working there and told them, show how to do it. To be honest, Iam so suprised that not more countrys wana learn this techniqe. Becorse it profed it works... The birth in Finland doesnt have alots of people in same room, often 1-2 of your choice and 2 midvifes, and themes ready if its getting dangerous. Its safe and really good aftercare in Finland for mums also, doesnt cost as much, you only pay for those days you are in hospital, nothing more. After care can be in both familly room or at hospital hotel whit 3 times check ups every day /24h service. Many countrys should learn from Finland...
happymommy81 it's supposed to be basically a crib for people who can't afford them. That's why it's considered a safe sleeping space. Idk if they're better quality in Finland tho

With target you have to pick up your bag at the store. All you do is go to costumer service and just tell them that you completed your baby registry and that your wanting the welcome kit.
My store hasn't had any of the registry welcome kits in stock since before October. The manager is having trouble getting them in. I've given up on them at this point, my little one is almost 2 month old now.

as a mom of 4 boys that breastfed.......never had a problem with paci's and nipple confusion. so unless you want to be used as a paci and get sore nipples....... yeah, keep that sucker handy.
you can give them pacifiers when there born, nurses do in the hospitals, but if you have a preference on pacifier (like I did) take the one you want, they don't always have what's best for your baby
My doctor recommends not giving them until at least 4 weeks to not confuse the baby if breastfeeding (the hospital I'm giving birth at will not even offer them to newborns!) but obviously everyone has their own preferences and does their own research. To each their own!
None of my 3 babies had nipple confusion with a paci, especially during any pricking blood test type things, the paci is a good distraction! Best wishes however you decide to do it.
watching this super late, but i learned this after my first kid...dreft is just a rip off. as long as you do free and clear of any detergent then its the same thing. a coworker which was a pharmisist told me this. just wanted you to know so you can save money where you can. thanks for making this video, didnt realize there was so many companies out there. i think its sad you have to pay shipping on a lot of it, after all parents need all the help they can get on choosing between all the products and trying to save money.
Btw y'all the baby box is now $25 total in the USA. It's $15 for the box and $10 for shipping. I'm confused tho. Cuz the $15 is suppose to be like 20% of the actual cost of the box itself

for *most* of the things, I felt like the value of what I got was more than what I paid for shipping, so although there was a cost associated with some, I do think most things were worth it
I had someone collect mines and did like a barrel an put them in there for me. It was worth it since I was gonna do either box or barrel anyway, plus I was lucky to get some really awesome stuff from Amazon. Walmart is a waste of time don't bother. Good luck :)

Not to give a pacifier at newborn stage is completely BS. They even give the pacifiers in the hospital nursery if you ever want a baby quick break to shower or nap, and they send you home with some. The actual pediatrician is who to listen to about pacifiers not an OB/GYN.
Usually it’s not the obgyn who recommends it, it’s breastfeeding experts, which pediatricians usually aren’t, that’s why hospitals have certified lactation consultants who go through rigorous schooling to do it. But it’s true, plenty babies get confused by bottles and pacifiers. Not all but plenty do.
I didn't have to pay anything for shipping, but I did it back in October...a few people have commented that they recently started charging for shipping :/

My amazon box was very skimpy! I’m surprised. I got a couple tiny samples of soaps and wipes, a plain white onesie and a couple diapers. That’s it!
Tommee tippee is our favorite brand! It was the only bottle my breast fed baby would take

Free and clear detergent is actually better for baby. And perk is you can use it for everyone’s laundry and not just baby!
My hospital gave me some diapers, wipes, a diaper bag and some formula, which was great after my daughter was born. Now I'm pregnant with baby #2!

Dreft is overpriced and has fragrance but the all free clear is amazing for babies, it has no scent and is perfect for sensitive skin and cheaper

After adding up the shipping costs you basically paid for all the things...
for *most* of the things, I felt like the value of what I got was more than what I paid for shipping, so although there was a cost associated with some, I do think most things were worth it

I had someone collect mines and did like a barrel an put them in there for me. It was worth it since I was gonna do either box or barrel anyway, plus I was lucky to get some really awesome stuff from Amazon. Walmart is a waste of time don't bother. Good luck :)

I just got mine too, didn’t get that big pack of wipes and only got one bottle, no pacifier.
Not to give a pacifier at newborn stage is completely BS. They even give the pacifiers in the hospital nursery if you ever want a baby quick break to shower or nap, and they send you home with some. The actual pediatrician is who to listen to about pacifiers not an OB/GYN.
Usually it’s not the obgyn who recommends it, it’s breastfeeding experts, which pediatricians usually aren’t, that’s why hospitals have certified lactation consultants who go through rigorous schooling to do it. But it’s true, plenty babies get confused by bottles and pacifiers. Not all but plenty do.
