Kfc (kate n faiths chicken )
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs and breast
Corn starch flour
Bread cramps
Buttermilk
1 egg
Black pepper
Paprika
Cumin
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes
Barbecue spice
White pepper
Salt
Strawberry bacon salad
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
White onion
Strawberries
Bacon
Black pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
METHOD
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper and paprika. Cook in an oven for 45mins - 1hour at 200°c. In a bowl mix the buttermilk and egg. In another bowl, mix a cup of all purpose flour, a cup of corn flour and a cup of breadcrumbs. To the flour mixture add all the other spices and salt.
Let the cooked chicken cool, dip in the butter milk then coat in the flour mixture and deep fry for about 7 minutes or until the chicken golden brown.
For best results, the oil should heat to about 375°c.
