What city are you working in? Im from San Jose Ca just curious. Job looks great . Think about also doing pressure washing it would really look great if you did they house and concrete also.
I’ve seen some startups offer a free first cut. Not when the property looks like this, but one that needs regular maintenance. I think there are a lot of folks afraid they will get ripped off and a first free cut shows what you are willing to do, even when there is no money on the line. Just something I’ve seen other content creators offering.
Get yourself some basic equipment and go knocking on doors or hand out flyers in your local area , 1 job always leads to another , and lastly always go that little bit further than what they expect makes all the difference.......best of luck cheers .

The vast majority of the time...the power is cutoff from the meter box not the pole...so odds are those wires were still hot ⚡⚡⚡
