That is so not how to prune harekeke. You keep the centre leaves and it's two parents and the rest can be cut back on a 45° if you want you leave the grandparent leaves on too.

Sadly, I'd trip on those low steps, guaranteed. They just wouldn't read sufficiently to me as actual stairs.
Yes steps are low but trust me they’re actually confortable walking. We just did what were told to

What size is this trailer? And I’m assuming you added the extra wood boards?
How many inches are your blades? We do $85.00 cut , not bad for 11 minutes of cutting. Grass cutting are higher. $475k/yr is not bad for working only 9 months.
