Hi Dr, I know its a long shot, but i hope you see my comment. I really appreciate your videos and could use your guidance. I recently went through a hair restoration procedure in San Jose, California, and it turned out to be the worst decision I ever made. I paid a fortune, believing the doctor was the best in the field and an artist. However, instead of him working on my hairline, his technicians did the job, and the results were absolutely horrendous. I can't even begin to describe the depression and embarrassment I have been going through after the procedure. It was especially difficult because I had just become a new dad and was in so much pain for the first few months due to the huge scar and how rough the dr was. I am also a teacher and high school kids can be a little too honest at times. I thought I had done my research, but so many things went wrong during and after the process that I'm filled with regret and shame. The doctor did offer to fix it for free, but he didn't take responsibility for the poor job. I'm scared to go back and unsure of what to do next. I spent so much money on this and cant aford to go somewhere else and its already been over a year since i had it done. I could really use your advice on how to handle this situation? I could really use some support and guidance right now.

Hello Dr Linkov, I love your videos. You are very kind and informative. I was just wondering, I'm considering a rhinoplasty with a rhinologist (fellowship in rhinology). The surgeon says he does rhinoplasty regularly but he is not board certified. So I was wondering is board certification associated with a better outcome and better surgical skills. And is a rhinologist capable of doing a rhinoplasty like a facial plastic surgeon?
