Well hopefully more properties pop in las gaviotas (There are few) ! And I definitely think life is better in puerto vallarta. There is something about the friendly people and the mix of mountains + ocean, that’s just mesmerizing.
Incredibly overpriced for what you are getting. At this price level, you should have a huge pool, a nice garden, a view of the ocean, and much better architecture. The windows, bathroom fixtures and appliances are cheap. Even the interior layout has no design or style to it. This price was made to milk the gringos who don't know any better. The presenter is charming and only doing their job but this is an awful listing for buyers.
Now imagine this shit for us locals, the average monthly income in Mexico is of $8K mxn or $445 usd. That means that the average mexican family would never be able to afford a house like this

That is INSANELY overpriced for Vallarta... Especially with the fact that it's in Gaviotas...

Currently in Cabo thinking about relocating to PV . Nice place. Better value for $ there it seems.

Hola! This is the area "Las Gaviotas" in Puerto Vallarta. About a 10 min drive from Centro Area + nearby beaches.
