Cyrano appears to be a calm gentle being. Sorry for everything he's been through but hopefully he can get better as a result of kind people helping him. Thank you Dr Doug for donating your time to animals in need.
I like it when I can hear the crack or pop. It might be cool sometime to try placing a little speaker where you are going to adjust to see if it picks up the pop more :)
I'm deeply moved by your concern towards animals' well-being. I really can feel your dedication. You're such a beautiful person to me, really inspiring. Thank you for caring about them 💗
Poor critter! He had all sorts of issues that seemed to make life miserable. It's nice to see ya being able to ease his pain and make life more bearable. As usual, DOC, you rock!!!!
You are something else. I could watch you all day. You are an angel and a badass servant to animals. Thank you. And thank you for sharing all of these beautiful experiences with us. You warm my heart.
I am living with the fallout from Osteomyelitis of my mandible. I know how hard it is to eat, etc. He can't even tell you how sick he has been. I made a donation and am saving to make another one. It's expensive to have any type specialized care for these guys, but so worth the reward. My Specialist is on speed dial. Seeing him this coming week for bone removal. What I am getting at is this precious guy will need more help as things change with his disease. Thank you Dr. Willet, Cyrano has my heart!
Healing blessings to Cyrano, so glad his dental work has been done and that he is on the road to recovery. So glad you were able to give him adjustments that he needed. : )
I know that I’m one of your biggest fan, you not only help people but also animals of all kinds. Thank you for sharing and giving us all a reason to smile.
So amazing!!! You can really see his improvement on the spinal curve straight away ❤️ I’m in love with your work and the way you introduce and explain while you do it . Thank you
I know the poor thing needs some meat on his bones but that's the first time I've seen the underlying structures so well on a horse. I went into ASMR style single-pointed fascination and 12 mins became 12 seconds. Thank you, Doug.

Hi Cheryl, Welcome!! Thank you so much for giving this channel a chance. I will continue to post 2-3 days per week. I have so much new content to share. Hope you will come back! Doc
This horse is beautiful, thanks for the work you do. I know personally if your atlas is out then you feel pretty bad. What breed of horse is he? He has the jawline of a stallion, is he a stallion or has he been recently gelded. I am just curious I worked on a ranch back in the 90's in Colorado and we rescued a thoroughbred that looked a lot like him he had jorrible teeth as well. He was a true gem.
God's creation, just amazingly wonderful💜. Such a majestic horse!🐎 Can't wait to see his progression. Great job Doc! Do they allow people to volunteer there? 🍃🍂🌺
FYI if you cross the mask straps so they go from the top of the mask to under the ear and bottom of the mask to over the ear they fit more comfortably. ;-)
Interesting that you mentioned the nervous system cause when I get adjusted myself I sometimes just hurts into tears from nowhere, can’t help it. Must be relieved from some stress I guess?
Your videos are awesome. What education on cracking do you have? I'm a horse bodyworker massage therapist but feel the need of upgrading my skills. I live in northern europe. Is there anything available online to learn some beginner skills? I assume that you make it look very easy when you work, and that its a "don't try at home", am i right? If you crack a spot wrong, what can be the consequences? Thank you for your awesome vidoes.
Can u please try and persuade all these people to take the metal out of horses mouths, around their heads, and dont leave head collars on in pasture. Rope halters is the way to go, we need to stop using metal around teeth. Hes so thin, i have seen worse, way worse, made me cry.
Out of curiosity is it harder to learn the biological science to help animals than it is humans (is it more complex)? Also is it harder to work with animals than humans? (can’t communicate, more “guesswork”) big fan of everything keep going 👍🏻
I think you covered it well. The animals don't communicate, and you really have to go by touch and also read the body language. Humans can be very difficult in other ways. I love both!
I really wish people would learn to use chains correctly. It makes me sad to see them used in a way that causes unnecessary discomfort. Seeing that metal snap across the bone just makes me cringe. Pulling or jerking on that causes unnecessary pain. The chain should cross over the halter noseband, go through the opposite hole and be attached on the bottom. Plenty of control, but no chain or snap directly on bone. Edit: Another problem with an improperly used chain, is that the halter may pull sideways when the holder attempts to check the horse, causing it to rub on the horse's right eye. I truly appreciate the good these people are doing; I love them for it. But, still...
At least wrap that chain around the noseband of the halter. That's a sensitive spot and that horse doesn't seem to need that severe of equipment. It's like a twitch for the nose. What gives that I'm not seeing from this video?
Doc, inspiring video. Thanks for what you do!

What would a vet do?
Hi, not sure what your question means. Can you clarify please? Expand on it a little more.
I think a vet would offer pain relief and rest but that’s about it. What a grand world we’d be in if chiropractors and MD’s would work together.
