I said this to my friend yesterday: as we give birth to a new child, we die through the process so the mother can be born. It hurts at the beginning as we need to get to know our new self, the identity crisis is real. But our new being expands us so much! It's not a loss, it's a big win! But it takes time for us to understand the "new me".

Thank you ❤ It’s very refreshing to have someone acknowledge that your pre-baby self dies a death. I miss her but haven’t tried to get her back. I still need to work out who the new me is, however. Love the advice, too.

Such good advice! Wish I had seen this before having kids! Had to figure out all these things myself.

I grew up whitout convinience ingredients, not even sliced ham. When I loved out that's how I cooked, but with 43+ hours a week job, I struggled! I started to occasionally buy some convenience food like ready made falafels or pakoras, rolled pastry dough etc, even tho I don't work outside the home anymore. I can't can beans. I love to eat them from the can, Just rinced and seasoned. When I Cook them they often turn out mushy. I do use dried lentils! Those work fine. Last month we spent waaay too much Money on food, so this month I'll try to keep It controlled. Thanks for the nice video!

This is very relatable, I feel like letting go of the person you were sounds very dramatic but a part of it is very true, and time wise..and the energy, yeah there is none of it left at the end of the day, ohh🙈even just with a toddler, how you keep it up with 3 small ones? Wowowowowow! And still find energy and time to edit the videos 👏👏👏👏👏👏
... you gathered so much footage and made the video very entertaining, you did amazing! Do any of your kids attend the nursery/preschool?

Thank you so much! I appreciate your kind words! Yes, my toddler goes to pre-school and she really likes it, but we have been so sick all the time since October, that we decide to pull her out of school in June. So we’ll soon have three toddlers at home all of the time:)

How do you get the energy to go out everyday?! I am struggling so much with my 2 year old that just wants to grab everything and climb everything when we go out and nothing outside is “baby proofed” 😅. So exhausting and draining! Advice on energy please!!

Thank you for sharing! I feel you! My toddler is the same! The only advice I can give is to go out to places where it’s safe to touch things - playgrounds, parks, libraries, children museums, even farmer’s markets. Does your toddler require you to buy things when you go shopping? I have an agreement with my toddler to just buy one thing when we go shopping (usually it’s either a snack or a $1-$3 toy), but she does want to touch everything and play with everything. You just need to make time for that and not to rush. I treat trips to grocery stores or Target like trips to the Disneyland 😅.
