sex art was my brother's band he started. my brother is the drummer. this song came out on a cd called cultivation..limited were made and sold.. this was not long after they won california's battle of the bands.

@@princessyuki1085 I just wanted to kind of confirm this. My brother-in-law's band was on cultivation's 4th volume w/ The Sleepover Disaster. They were also from California and in the area as well. I'm not exactly sure what Cultivation was other than a compilation CD. My wife and I found the CD case cleaning up some stuff a few weeks ago. Crazy to see this insanely low print, obscure CD mentioned!

Korn is good but his old style goes heavier dark more psychedelic.
Sex Art recorded 6 songs in the studio.
And around 10 others on cheap 4 track, or cassette recordings.
They also have lots of video footage, of live shows, rehearsals, recording sessions, and just hanging out.
Yeah it is Jon at 4:05.. you can tell hes got a very distinct voice.. The other dude also sings though its not just JD.
I'm really liking the bass lines in this song. I can't believe how young JD sounds in this.

so JD was 20 when sexart formed...

The slapping part is completely out of place and doesn't fit with the drums or song at all. Just someone doing a "look what I can do" that doesn't help the song and sounds like shit.
It's an out of print compilation cd, I regret not getting it myself while I could, this is such a great song. Even if the rest of the cd sucked this song would have been worth it.
its not only jd, ty is also singing this song. they sound alot alike so thats why you may notice a difference. but yeah this song is awesome

@@lodidodi89 I looked up SpЯawl and it looks like they have one album called "Lies". Very Korn influenced indeed but could not find these songs on there. Then I thought maybe "Flymore demos" or an underground band called "poNi", that is heavily influenced with Korn's old-school sound. Given the quality of these songs, they sound very obscure and demo-ish. Probably from a band with very little information.
