I have seen Who then Now at least 10 times. I use to own the VHS of it. It is included in it's entirety on Korn's Deuce DVD which is packed with lots of cool studio footage of the band, music videos, interviews and one of the coolest menu systems i have ever seen.
Spawn, Tales from the Crypt, Hideaway, The Matrix, Queen of the Damned and End of Days, just to name a few. Those were the years that you can get the most of VA's.
