Genius. I wish i knew all this when i played. Just a thought, i would check players for S-curve in the lower spine pelvis area. I have it and i notice i have to manually straighten it out or nothing fuses. That upper pelvis can't be facing down too much or the glute simply cannot pull the back. You probably already know this. This is all pure genius... I'm going to use it for golf.... Couple tweaks here and there..but man does it make sense.

Its crazy but it works.I’ve discovered this method accidentally when I was taking bp with some teammates. I made a minor adjustment with my load and mechanics,I immediately noticed a difference that initial “feeling” I couldn’t really describe it but it felt different. I tried to replicate it and was able to a hit few HR’s consecutively. It felt like I was quicker idk i always felt on time. I was a gap to gap guy with occasional warning track power. However I couldn’t replicate that swing or “feeling” after that day (2021)until I discovered these guys teaching this method was I able to replicate that “feeling”.It definitely changed my approach at the plate to say the least .

The critical element is how to start the lauch even if you are loaded right...is it a push out with your glute? Definitely can't think rotation...also a lot of people would have 2nd additional mini backswing with the hands at the start of launch...its really hard to launch from stationary...there must be so rythm...in golf they say you hit against the strong plant side...you can be perfectly loaded and mess up launch....look at tellez sprinting coach ..sprinting comes from the arm drive...so it could be also be the case that the arms dominate the swing....you think arms the load and legs will follow naturally

As he swings, his head tilts and therefore his eyes aren’t level! This can be more difficult to track/seeing the ball compared to the eyes staying level so you can see/track the ball better! If you don’t believe this, try hitting by keeping your head tilted compared to not tilting your head, therefore keeping your eyes level! Very basic fundamental that should be taught!
