It is very true mataji.
I am in class 12th.
I am following ISKCON since last 1.5 years.
Last year I told them I will not eat onion and garlic, my parents also eat non veg, but me and my sister are vegetarian since birth.
They tortured me, literally tortured me on not eating onion and garlic but I was also very ' jiddi ' that I will not. They scolded me very badly, my whole family also that are not living with me was making fun of me. They always ask why you do so, but I can't answer them because they will never understand.
They scolded me literally very badly with so much anger and also called me mad.
I have cried almost 50 times due to this.
But after 4-5 months, I was shocked they get used to it and now after 1 year nobody say anything and whenever food is prepared in my home my food is prepared separately. This is only because of krsna mercy.
And yes they don't know that I also do chanting.

I am also alone in my family to follow Krishna consciousness, eat vegetarian diet and all, it’s a little challenging but I like these little challenges, I just ignore em 😂with Radha Madhav and Vaishnav mercy I am able to follow Krishna Bhakti.

Thankyou Mata for this Vlog. I think most of the Devotees from Non Vegetarian Families, who try to become Krishna Conscious at any point of Life face this Non Supporting Attitude from Families
Have Faith in Lord Krishna.
I belong to a Non Vegetarian Family who eat 🥚 🍗 , 🐟
Even I have faced the Clashes, initially when I preferred to be Vegetarian because I used Recite a Short Pray of Lord Krishna until I took Diksha at the age of 17 yrs.
Actually my Mother inculcated in me the Habit of Reciting the Short Prayer of Lord Krishna, A Prayer called 'Balopasana' because, my Mother always had a FEAR that I will be Off-track as per the Astrologers prediction and also because I had started behaving a bit TOM boyish during my Childhood, so she inculcated this habit of saying Prayers, but whenever we used to Travel in Summer Vacation to our Native Place our entire Family being a Non Vegetarian, my Grandparents at times Scolded my Parents for my Vegetarian Food Habits.
Balopasana is a popular prayer for children which has been authored by Param Pujya Mata Kalavati Devi Aai (1908 - 1978),a popular saint from the North Karnataka region in India.
So as per my Experience Lord Krishna takes care of his Devotees even if at Times the Family is Non Supporting for Being Krishna Conscious
