One of my fav Thai dish. I like to use a little bit of fish sauce to give it some bite. Then use more oil to let it emulsify with the water. Not that healthy but … hey! Enjoy life!!! 😂🤣

Can I omit the sugar and will it hinder the taste,why I ask is i got a Thai takeaway last week and only thing that spoiled my meal was it was overpowered by the sweetness,is sugar used in all Thai dishes,thank you for any help you can give me,all the Best,Ally

Try my recipe first ☺️ I only used sugar for balance of flavour , if it still sweet for your taste then can use less sugar ☺️☺️
