Lake Norman Forest Run: Podium and Hills!

This is the second time I’ve raced the Lake Norman Forest Run, so I knew exactly how much elevation was involved…and I did it anyway. The beautiful scenery and lovely weather helped though. Since it’s the second race in the LKN Half Marathon Series, I had to protect my standings and shoot for a podium spot. Find out how it went!

Congrats buddy...👏👏👏...i love the Élites in that Green colorway 😍...for me, i did a 16km easy run then i ran for fun for fight against women’s cancer ....just à 5km at marathon pace did not try to make à PR because it was just for the charity and it was not mesured.👏👏👏😉🇫🇷
