There are 3 pairs of wires go into the motor. Each pair connect with a heat fuse (clip at 2:20-3:10). Use meter to test for connectivity of the pair. The pair failed to connect indicated heat fuse has been broken (in this case the pair White & Red). Order the fuse needed and replace it. Thanks to the video (-even though I did not completely understand it but made me aware of the location of the heat fuse). I repaired my Lasko curved 2554 (been used it for 15 years)
The thermal fuse blew. Change the thermal fuse and it will work. Some remove the thermal fuse and just join the negative and the capacitor wires and it will work but it’s not ideal.
