Emails, and pictures sent, Fjallraven is not covering a warranty on the button hole at the waist fraying before the button gets completely unusable. I've hardly worn my Vidda's for a year, very rarely washed them, and wear a belt for added protection on the button. They should ditch the clasp, and put a snap button there. The best, and most expensive pants I ever bought in my life but their warranty policy is the terrible. Lesson learned, I'm going back to Patagonia clothing, for they would never, ever, treat a consumer the way this company has over a simple seamstress fix.
