How can someone maintain muscle as person aged?
I'll be 51 in a few days. To answer your question. It is exactly the same as when you were 20. Anatomy of the body does not change. Work hard feed your body appropriately and you will maintain or even grow. I have found the only thing that has really changed much for me is my appetite. I find it difficult to eat as much as I used to. How ever my metabolism has slowed some. So I actually do not require as much food as I used to. I am presently 253 lbs and still growing.
