Perfect !! Love your tutorials!!! Just cause of your tutorials, its got me excited and want to sew new things!!!! Thank you , Thank you!
Aw I am glad to hear that 😊❤ Thank u 😊
your the real MVP for dropping that link
🤣🤣
I'm super new to this.... why are we shaving off centimeters from the total measurement???
Thank you !
So the back leg is wider than front leg? Interesting... where do you get the curved ruler? Never used one of those? Thank you, I hope to try this pattern
it is, we need the extra space for the bum, you can find the rulers on any sewing website or you might find them easier on Amazon :)
question: why is the part from hip to waist drawn straight ? Our butt is supposedly curved and the front isn't exactly flat flat.
I need a maths degree for sewing ☹️. Trying to do some cycling tights but don’t understand the concept of doing patterns ? And would this work for cycling tights ? Surely they are all the same shape ? Any help is appreciated.
Hi, good day to you, after making a pattern please show me how to cut it,
Thanks.
Can yu leave a copy of a size chart plz?
Terrific. I really appreciate that you just get to it and without all the music. Thank you and blessings!
Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed it :)
What is body's rise please?
Dear friend I like your video & the way you make a pattern, your videos are really helpful & I must say it's a professional touch. I have some questions, Please let me know about those measurements, and how did you get those sizes.
1) How do you mark No 7.
2) How do you mark No 8.
3) How do you mark No 11 & 12.
4) How do you mark No 13.
5) How do you mark No 15.
Do the one for inch
Thanku so much it really helped me..
I did as u said but after drafting the pattern my waist is 2" bigger than the actual waist...pls tell me how to adjust the waist part
Very easy to follow, pants were a bit low on the waist for the first pair but making a second one will adjust for a higher rise. Thank youuuuuuuuuu 🥰
I am confused, are you measuring in cm or inches?
cm :)
Hi can I have the kids and women measure the chart ?? How can I get it
All measurement and linked below the video, but I don't currently have children's measurements.
My favorite UA-cam channel thank you for sharing your excellent skills
Hi, I use the same system to make my patterns but when I made 7/8 length leggings then the inner tight seams seem to be too short. Any tips on how to solve this issue? Thank you!
Hey!! Im not sure what you mean, id nearly need to see it, if you are talking about up near the crotch, it might just be a matter of dropping the crotch a bit further, iv had this issue in the past but once I lowered the crochet it fixed it, hope this is what you are looking for🤞😊
The minuses u made, were they coz of the stretchy materials?
Yes they were, because the stretch material is close to the skin there is no need for much ease as the material will stretch :)
@@TheDesignDiary 💮🌸thank you 🌸💮
Which is the best machines for Spandix and Lycra
Perfect as always...so glad for your indept tutorials
Aw thank u, I am glad you enjoy them 😊❤
How much seam allowance to add for the spandex fabric
Hey😊 if you are overlocking I would use between 1cm or 1.5cm its up to you, if you are not overlocking I would french seam and I would use 1.5cm 😊
@@TheDesignDiary thanku u so much for the info and immediate rly..
No problem, glad to help 😊
What is American point??
Can these fit men?
Men's wear isn't something I have studied so I couldn't be 100% sure, but I don't think they would.
with the measurements below, do we still have to subtract the other measurements
Hey😊 yes you do 😊
@@TheDesignDiary thank you!!
What is the reason for subtracting ? Thanks 😊
Hopeful video for every learners, thanks
so... n00b question here but... if you draft the front and back patterns on the same piece of pattern paper, how do you cut out the separate front and back pieces on the fabric without cutting the pattern? thanks alot
Hey! For patterns done like this use a tracing wheel to trace out the front and the back onto separate sheets so you will have 2 separate patterns :)
Nice
Thank u 😊
Thank you
Easy to follow along ! Thank you.
Wow very clear..
Thank you 🙂
Tutorial very well explained!
Great job!
Thank u 😊
