Her voice and appearance have matured like a fine wine.
Timbaj Wolf Indeed - she looks better than ever 👏🏽💜
This is from 2008, that wine has aged nearly 12 years since then!
Timbaj Wolf this is from 2008. Should see her now. Looks like she’s gained 50 pounds.

jagged little pill was released 13 years before this video (1995 vs 2008)
This is from 2008
Ain’t that the truth.
Her voice is absolutely incredible. She has one of those unique voices that you can't mistake for someone else.
Fuh king amazing
I don't know very many musicians names but, her, I knew it was Alanis. ♥
Your mum.
Well she's been singing the same songs for 2 decades, she should have it down
I don’t think her songs can be covered bc of this.
Howard’s sound people need some sort of award. Everyone sounds amazing in his studio.
100%
Ya I agree, it’s mic’ed really well
Studio quality equipment with world class talent, it's a beautiful thing
Yes! I was particularly struck by the sound of the guitars. They're so well recorded... and I'm a studio engineer myself.
It helps that Howard Stern has more money than any other media personality!
I ain't gonna lie... I'm crying like a baby!! Took me back to the best years of my life!
Nelly Nuñez I totally with you!!! She’s amazing and she’s touring now!! Can’t wait to see her!! ❤️❤️❤️
I was never a huge fan back then but my God I'm won over big time now! And I agree, when this was on the radio life was good
Yeah man... The 90s were freeking awesome! I miss em too 👍🍻x
The 80's were the best time of my life and i also enjoyed the 90's, but i drank way too much back then and the whole decade is a blur!!
@@caitlin3524 did you get to go? Lol
She opens her mouth to sing and I'm already choking up. I love this album, I love this song, and I love this woman's voice.
To all those in modern music, this is how you hit people in the heart and soul.
Yes She's a beautiful gifted soul!
You mean, "Baby, baby, OH" autotuned doesn't? JK.

SHE IS WAY BETTER THEN TAYLOR SWIFT WAY BETTER TAYLOR IS ALL LUCK NO SKILL.

Same voice to be honest. Amazing! Like how?!
@@karenskinner9529 There is a more recent clip of her on the Howard Stern show singing and she still sounds incredible
You realise the memories of the 90s are irreplaceable when you hear this gem ❤
It was a fantastic decade
Then you Realise you should have listened to less music and studied more in school, so you’d know how to spell…. 🤣
@@joep5102 neither is a capital R for Realise in the middle of a sentence you muppet 🤣
@@ytherenounicorns5077 Merely emphazing your ERROR. 🎟
@@joep5102 its "emphasizing" you clown 🤣 . Your trolling people about spelling and spelling words wrong 🤣
Alanis voice is one of Canada's gifts to the world
She's even more amazing and beautiful now a days ... What a Masterpiece.
She was ahead of time
Most definitely !
This is an epic performance. Jesus I wish music was half this good nowadays. This is one of the many reasons that "Jagged Little Pill" is one of the best selling albums of all time......
I worked in a record shop when this hit…. We couldn’t keep it stocked
I am pretty big on the single "Uninvited". It really shocked my world at the time for personal reasons
Man I can't believe Jagged Little Pill was released in 1995. Crazy.
Indeed
I can! I had twins in 94, great stress release album
was young then, now old. years came n went like nothin.
Insane.
Jagged little pill. What an album. My teenage years.
Same😢
Irreplaceable talent - voice clear as a bell - control and sustain - pure pleasure to the ear.
I'm agree with you she has an awesome voice, she is one of my favorites artists.
And of course I remember those days where I was a teenager, listening her music and making my homework from my class.
Greetings from Nicaragua
They don’t make’em like this anymore
Oziel Garcia they sure don’t 💯💯
Agreed
Oziel Garcia they do, it’s just hard to get noticed when you are like this now.
Of course they do, don't be that guy.
Oziel Garcia no they don’t
What an incredible voice, and lady. Classy.
Nice
Her vocal range is amazing. Such a unique voice.
I wish there was an entire set of Alanis on Howard Stern, the sounds is incredible. Fucking amazing.
I'm Italian, my sister bought Jagged Little Pill when it came out and I liked it a lot. In the Cd there was the booklet with the lyrics and another booklet with the translation, in various languages, including italian and with this song I learned many adjectives (I was 11 then) , so I thank Alanis for this :)
luigi ventroni so you learned what chicken shit means?
Nice ..sir
I could totally chill with her, her vibe is intoxicating.
I said the exact same thing. People arent like this anymore their a dying breed.
She's beautiful imo
@@HeroLionHeart68 don't be ridiculous.
I miss my teenage life.. carefree and overjoyed.. and im thankful to God that is listen to this magical song as i grew up. Thank you Alanis.
I think about my teenage life way too much. Best time of my life.
The harmonica is just full 90s vibe haha I love it!
"I'm tired but I'm workin'..."
"I'm wrong and I'm sorry.."
This is exactly me in the now, and i hope everything's gonna be fine, fine, fine...
Gotta love this girl...

Sending good vibes!

She was born to sing. Voice of an angel.
Voice of God actually. Get it right bro.

I love how women are getting more and more beautiful as they mature. Thank you, Universe.
This hits differently today than when I first listened to it 27 years ago.
Omg....absolutely!
Same!
I was just transported back to high school and all the feels. The sound that comes out while she sings is beautiful. She's beautiful. Now excuse me while I loop this a few more times.
Omg same same same. I remember when “You Oughta Know” was number one on Casey Kasem’s top 40, and they played it twice in a row because they were flipping out over. Bring back REAL MUSIC 😩💜💜
40s, F!
I love the way she sings her song, not bothered about what she look like hitting those notes. Class.
No professional vocalist cares what they look like while singing have you seen the faces metal vocalists make?
Hahahaha she does make some funny faces huh?!
@@kingkeltic4228 Exactly People should be focusing on her excellent vocals instead of anything else They obviously don't get it
She sounds so good and is just absolutely glowing in this vid.
Now there’s a proper story teller with excellent lyrics.
She’s a real gem as a singer and actress. So glad drugs and scandal didn’t get her.
yep:)
Drugs didn't get her, she got the drugs tho! lmao. 90s were wild
I watched a behind the music on her and she definitely went through her struggles but she overcame them and didn't let them define her.
Nice version. Voice has matured and sounds so much better.
P Butler so much better? it was always good
True, I was not a fan early on. My bad, I have grown and she has remained awesome.
@Taylor Holloway ikr dude..almost 12 yo
She shed that baby weight she had last month.
P Butler I’m going to the jagged little pill tour at riverbend in Cincinnati in July and I’m so excited to cry 🤣😭
96’ heading to Mississauga from Cali best cross country drive ever and played your cassette in my stick shift car in a cold winter! Best time ever!!
Shes absolutely irreplaceable...what a gorgeous woman and talented beyond belief
the guitar arrangement and paying are incredible wow
Man Alanis can still sing so well. Great to see everyone responding to an actual musician/artist in a positive manner.
Exactly, great to see no down votes at all. What an amazing Talent.
I love the faces she makes to reach the vocals.
I am so inspired by her. She makes me tear up when she sings with her powerful voice 😭 with tears of hope and love and joy. One of my favorite women ever!!!
This song always takes me right back to that time... And that's fine with me.
25 years later and she still makes me smile. So grateful for her journey and her music. Amazing.
Best female vocalist of a generation for sure. Unique
Her voice is so amazing and she's beautiful as hell. Love you Alanis. You're one of the greatest songwriters that ever was.
She is better than all the rest out there, period!
25 years ago! WOW
Merry Christmas Alannis
Breath taking young lady.
this is from 11 years ago, and you're not the david lane who wrote the 14 words.
How about 11
Did you play this cd , till it would not play anymore .......so did i
*Breathtaking
25? Says this was performed on 2008. Ohh, from original release i guess. This was a killer performance.
She ruled the 90s. I CD staple for all people.
This voice, these songs, that album will always be a part of me.
Best female voice ever!!! Still get goose bumps when I hear her sing!!!
This is one of the best acoustic performances that I have heard Atlantis Morissette do so far. ❤
Stunning. Props to the guitar playing, too. Love that descending chord progression.
The guitars sounds like two crispy, fresh stringed beauties. And props to the dudes playing on creating creating such a rich sound with just two of them.
Everything here sounds stupidly awesome.
she is one of the best voices in rock ever. She is amazing
Damn lady, voice is sounding fine fine fine after all these years.
Greatest female rocker of all time!!!!
she is on a special level of artistry, the highest and purest one ❤️
Her lyrics and vocals impact me more than any other artists do ❤
Her music and her unashamed willingness to be vulnerable got me through the hardest times in my life so far.
I've always loved the adorable way she tilts her head back at times when she sings, you know, that cute way she does. I just love this amazing woman.
Huh
Wow I'm crying listening to this. I remember listening to this album constantly as a teenage girl in the 90s and it brings back a lot of bittersweet memories. What a wonderfully talented woman.
The 90's is the lost era where you have to be good to be considered a singer.
Love those times. Miss them
Lol 😂😂😂
Alanis is like a bottle of red wine. She just gets better with age. 👍
When she was very young they told her that you can't do that on television but look at her now she proved them wrong. Good for her.
I remember that show!!
I absolutely love this woman's voice,
I always have!!!!!
To me, Nobody even sounds close!!!!
Such a beautiful woman with a unique set of pipes.
Love this version! Alanis is so talented. Incredible singer and song writer.
She has her own style and I love it.
She has the most beautiful cry to her voice 💗 I loved blaring the shit out of jagged little pill and singing my guts out!! Love this!
Alanis is is like a fine wine, she gets better with age! She hasn't skipped a beat. This was in 2008, I bet she is still a showstopper!
Still love her voice and music
Omg! She’s sounds amazing! She’s definitely the voice of a generation!
Love Alanis!!!!!!
Daaaaaaaam young lady.and the best part is that amazing smile. Bless you and your family please princess 🙏❤
I love the arrangement of this song with the acoustic guitars! It sounds like it was inspired by "Dear Prudence"
I still have jagged little pill CD. She still sounds beautiful and plays her harmonica.✌🏾💕❄❄
Canadian beauty
She needs to re-release some singles and an album and make a new album this woman is a knockout🎉❤❤😊
my favorite female singer. she still has it.
Beautiful: She and her interpretation. The 90's rocks!
Her interpretation? What do you mean by that? Its her song.
I knew her when we we where teenagers and she was a as spectacular then as she is now :)
Amazing
Hunt club forever
Love the use of the added minor guitar chords. Gives it a solemn, powerful edge.
One of my all time favorite singers, I’m fifty now and I still love her music. She is so talented and her music is timeless.
Bringgs baaaacckkkkkk crazy memories from 1996-7!
She has always had that beautiful smile on her face! Unbelievable vocals!!
Happy Howie kept it clean. No words can describe her magnificence.
She has somehow become even more beautiful. Not only that, but her voice and interpretations of her songs have aged like a fine wine. She is so damn talented.
My god, her performances on this show have been top tier.
Also, the sound engineer is killing it on this show.
Nobody else can beat the eloquence, spontaneity and honesty of Bob Dylan and Alanis Morrisette's songwriting skills. Both harmonica playing, too. 💙
She's amazing! Best version of this song I ever heard....( That's one lucky harmonica too).
Wow, gives me shivers. Her voice quality has not changed at all.
I'm in love with Alanis Morissette 😂😂😂😂
Yeah me too, who wouldn’t be?
Me too
She was great when I was young and still great today... Just an old man's opinion.. All the best
Those runs are 🙌
I'd forgotten just how much I love AM... everything about this performance is so awesome.
What a legend 🤙
I'm going to see her live in concert next year *2020* and it's going to be even more memorable with both my daughters❣
She is just so beautiful in so many ways.
Her voice just gets better with time.
Her voice takes you on a journey. Couple that with the amazing lyricism of her songs. You realise how stellar an artist she is and was.
2020.....am i crazy? or she is singing better now than 25 years ago?....Love you her majesty
