PANAGIA MOU!!! NIKO IS AUSTRALIAN??? I came here expecting to see my favorite Greek cooking character from TikTok/IG Reels! Those vids give off MAJOR xwpio vibes. I'm shook. 🤣
Boys I haven’t seen this cook yet and I literally just done some chickens on the souvla this weekend. UA-cam’s watching me! Half way through the vid atm, Looking great so far! Can I ask where you got your small double prongs from? Mine a huge. Efharisto boys
Haha be careful they are always listening 🤣 Our small double prongs are actually from our uncles chicken shop. If your struggling you could always go to a commercial cooking store and they should be able to order you some! Happy cooking bro :)
Looks amazing boys. I love how detailed you blokes are. What brand of lump charcoal do you use and the ash you sprinkle over the charcoals, is that just leftover ash from previous cooks?
Thanks for your comment :) We are not exactly sure on the brand, as we buy the charcoal from our butcher in unbranded bags. Yes your correct! We just collect it from previous cooks. Thanks for watching ❤️
Hey Mathew, glad to see your trying the recipe. With the rub you can keep for next cook of course. With the stuffing maybe make only 1/2 of what we did. And with the extra, you can just eat it as a side. Heat it up a little again if need be, it will taste amazing still. Let us know how you go
Yassou Boys. Instead mouth drooling, watching this. Thanks heaps, hopefully I'll be able to kill it, over the weekend like you both did... I've just subscribed, looking forward seeing more from you both, you guys are fully sick. Cheerio for now. Best of health & Good times to you boys. 💪🏻🐔💪🏻🐔🤜🏻🍻🤛🏻🕶👍🏻

1.2 grams was immediately changed to 1 teaspoon!
You are looking at the wrong camera, It's over there, no, it's over here...

Thats not suate that boiling in fat
Thats not how you spit a chicken and you always salt the chicken last after spitting and never salt the wings
