Awesome capture off the 2 class 47s Alex the coaches looked smart as well, bet you glad you came to Marsh Barton mate, nice lots off other trains too, fully understand your situation, look forward to your next video whenever it will be. 😊
Great video Alex mate it was good to see the class 47s as I missed it today as I forgot it was running especially my train got cancelled this morning due to speed restrictions and due to a landslip
Good video Alex I really enjoyed this video. Nice to see the Class 47 Railtour that operated from Penzance. I managed to see that railtour aswell with some of the more original British Rail liveries as you said with the Intercity Swallow livery on the 2nd Class 47 with the Scotrail 47 at the front doing the honours on the return. It's really nice that some of the older British rail liveries are still being worn by some of the British Locomotives it does really tell a story and heritage of the British Railways Good selection of the normal services aswell.
Excellent video Alex!! Nice you saw the railtour coming through there!! Shame about the graffiti on the IET been noticing alot of graffiti on IETs I guess its something to do with where they are stabled? Would definitely recommend getting a railcard it really does make it more affordable
220007 on that Voyager I think. I get what you mean by the lack of variation, barely any freight and only a handful of routes. Was slightly better when the castles were still running but that seems to be limited to early/late services now. Still got the graffitied 800s, 220s and the lottery that is the Exmouth route (will it be a 150, 165/166 or a 158? as long as there arent swans on the line). Also SW services with 159s at St Davids.
Hey alex, i have very good news. Hsts are coming back to exeter a couple times a day. According to realtimetrains there should be a couple penzance to exeter in the day
An outstanding video as usual. I always appreciate your videos. I will keep looking for future ones. So well done.
