my 2011 crown vic came with one.... I use the bull horn when entering blind tunnels so I don't get hit head on by stupid drivers! Now if I could get Knox county to issue me a badge I could use the siren without getting in trouble....lol
So pretty much you’re using a siren with really no reasons to actually have one, and buying a crown Vic with a siren so you could look like a cop huh?
@@firefightingtexan5860 I like big safe easy and cheep to work on cars, the fact mine came with toys doesn't mean thats why I bought it. looking like a cop has its perks tho, people get out of my way. I was making a joke dude.

Sounds like the old Federal Interceptor Yelp and Wail, now that Federal changed their Wail and Yelp.
The older style wail and Yelp can still be found if you get some of their newer sirens. They are now called “unitrol wail and unitrol Yelp”

What is MAN2? The Q Sound I hear it a lot of Medic Units such as New Orleans.
It’s a mechanical siren tone. The “Q” tone is reserved by federal signal and they will sue whelen or other siren producers if it is used. That’s why mechanical sirens of other brands sound a little different from a “Q”

The sirens are great but the Microphone is total garbage ! I sent one in under warranty 2 times. The Microphone transmitting is sporadic at best
