Hey Brad. As a Torontonian of 30 years, I must take umbrage with your characterization of Toronto having little green space. Have you seen the number of ravines that crisscross through the entire city? We have a very active dog and he needs lots of off-leash exercise which the dog park does not address for him. Within an 8 minute walk or drive from us in Leaside, we have at lease 10 or more different entrances to the ravines in every direction. I know it is not exactly rock climbing or camping that one can do 10 minutes from the downtown core, but you made it sound like Toronto is nothing but a concrete jungle. It is anything but! So, for people who want a green space to do some forest bathing without driving to a location outside the city core, Toronto is a good choice.
@@BradGoetz welcome. Do you think Toronto housing will keep up with the population surge? I grew up in California, where it didn't at all. So many people, so little housing, prices are ridiculous because of this and it's ever rising, with people getting priced out of their homes. It's really sad to see, hopefully Toronto housing/apartments will keep up, cause I'd hate to see that happen anywhere else. Maybe there's no way to know though lol

If you as a car driver don't see a cyclist, it is 100% YOUR FAULT. Cyclists in a bike lane have a right to not be run over.
