@@ChisholmHunterOfficial Thanks! My choice fell on the blue dial as it fits the majority of my outfits. The green one is stunning as well. My SO got herself the new 35mm with the white dial and golden hands 😇
Grand Seiko are amazing, their GMT selection watches are iconic. I think the spring drive is gorgeous to look at, the smooth sweep of the seconds really embodies the actual flow of time. The one thing I think is kind of lacking is a bracelet that can compete with that of the style, elegance, and quality of rolex's oyster bracelets or omega's flatlinks bracelet.
Although having been in the Argyle arcade today talking to dev he showed me the green prx automatic and I struggled to decide which was nicer prx or gentleman 🤔
Favourite Tissot model? The heritage Banana. It was my first ‘proper’ watch and the gateway drug into this crazy hobby for me. I love blue GS. I own a Skyflake…it’s utterly incredible. Love this new reference too. Grand Seiko are starting to make an impact lately.
My Favourite Tissot model is the PRC 200 T014427A White Face Chronograph . The 2007 version, because it’s the first thing I bought with my first paycheck. Yippee! Choose me choose me! Just found your channel and subscribed on the first video I saw. Love it!
My favourite Tissot model is the only Tissot watch i have: Tissot Everytime Swissmatic (Sistem51 movement). Beautiful and simple dress watch that is totally underated. Lucky to own the version with Swatch's Sistem51 movement with a high power reserve of 90hrs!
Don't want to win but my favorite Tissot is T-Complication Squelette Mechanical because it got me interested in mechanical watches 5 years ago. Last Saturday I tried the SBGW231, SBGW267 and SBGW269 which are all the same watches like the two shown here just with different dials. I like the gray 267 the most but didn't pull the trigger yet as I want to try the SBGM221 before deciding on which one should be my first GS. Not sure if I like the dauphine hands on these models. Personally I like the ones with 3 facets (where the top is flat and polished) better than the ones used here with 2 facets. Also the straps are too elegant for my taste especially with these textured dials. I really love the brown strap on the 267 which gives the watch a more casual look and complements the dial very well. In my opinion these models, especially the 231 and 267 and the elegance collection in general, are pure Grand Seiko and timeless. I know that their sporty models with all the crazy dials are all the rage now but I think they won't stand the test of time.
Love Grand Seiko but just gonna stick to my Speedmaster FOIS manual wind. Mention of Seiko do you think Chisholm Hunter will stock the new Seiko spb297j1 glacier dial save the ocean? Very interested in trying this watch as a daily work beater 🤔🤣
Favourite Tissot is my PRX quartz, blue dial on leather strap. Interestingly I noticed you with a colleague while I was watch browsing (Unfortunately not buying) at the Argyll Arcade in Glasgow on Tuesday of this week.
Nice video. Like you I also like GS bracelets. The sbgw bracelet is very elegant. I prefer the smaller clasp to the large sports style clasps u get on most watches. I rarely need quick adjust anyway.
I wish I could go back in time and not get the yellow gold Tissot PR 100 Quartz that my wife gifted me as a wedding gift, as I can't get the amazing blue dial Gentlemen Powermatic 80. Oh well. Great video as always!
While brands like rolex just come out with the same kind of watches, Grand Seiko is kick ass and taking names by offering so many different designs! The dial on the SBGH295 is insane how you get a different textures depending on the angle of the light!
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial Absolutely. We all have our likes and dislikes. But for me that power indicator throws off the balance of the dial. For a company that claims 'harmony' is important, I find it puzzling they placed it on the dial. Especially in a weird location.
A real dress watch must not come with bracelet. It’s nature is to be worn with suits, tux and in formal occasions. That is the perfect dress watch. 37mm, comes with leather strap, not heavy loaded with complication and could easily slide under the cuff. Sometimes, there are watches that we cannot expect to come with bracelet or it will lose it’s original purpose.
Favourite Tissot model is the Powermatic 80 silicium! It’s a great go anywhere do anything watch that you can dress up or down. It has great specs, classic looks, and an amazing movement for the price (80 hour power reserve and silicon hairspring)
I'd go for a Tissot PRX quartz (blue dial) on the bracelet. If I was annoyed by the second hand hitting halfway between the markers most of the time, I'd probably just remove it. Problem solved! For now, I've been thinking it's time to save my pennies for a bit & get a Grand Seiko 9F (ref. SBGP009). For me that'd be _kind of_ a special occasion watch, but I'd wear it whenever I felt safe doing so (not when biking, or doing any kind of physical work, etc.)
Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 with the blue waffle dial! Love it! I like watches with leather straps and it sounds strange, but that one with the black leather strap is one of the first GS I like the look of. :)
Favorite Tissot model? The PRX Powermatic 80 of course. What I’m wearing right now? Exactly that.
Great choice! Green dial?
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial Thanks! My choice fell on the blue dial as it fits the majority of my outfits. The green one is stunning as well. My SO got herself the new 35mm with the white dial and golden hands 😇
Love the original sgb231 with the cream dial

Totally agree, it's the only thing stopping me from buying a sbgn003.
My favorite Tissot is the T-Touch Titanium ref T047.420.44.207.00. I’ve had mine for nearly two decades!
The blue strap is one of the nicest straps I have ever experienced. It’s absolutely remarkable.
Great Video. My favourite Tissot model is the Seastar Green dial. *chefs kiss*
Tissot gentlemen powermatic 80 in blue or green is defo a favourite and possibly future purchase

For sentimental reasons, being the first serious watch I ever had, I will go for Tissot T-Lord T166/266. Basically a Valjoux 7750 chronograph.
Favorite Tissot model. Blue dial PRX Powermatic 80 on a strap.
I love it. And the price is right for an awesome GS. BUT, it’s a scratch magnet and I don’t want to be that fussy with my watches.
Tissot gentleman green dial is stunning
Good choice. The PRX green is also incredible!
Another great video Harrison.
Thanks Jim, Appreciate that.
Favourite Tissot is my PRX quartz, blue dial on leather strap.
Interestingly I noticed you with a colleague while I was watch browsing (Unfortunately not buying) at the Argyll Arcade in Glasgow on Tuesday of this week.
Favourite Tissot: PRX Powermatic 80, 35MM Blue dial
Nice video. Like you I also like GS bracelets. The sbgw bracelet is very elegant. I prefer the smaller clasp to the large sports style clasps u get on most watches. I rarely need quick adjust anyway.
my Tissot PRX 80 with the green dial🥰
This would be my choice aswell!
Tissot PRX chrono. Can't wait for that to come out.
I don't have a favorite tissot model. All watches are equally great
My favorite model has to be the prs (yes not prx) 516 automatic chrono with the yellow accents on the dyle and the case.
Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
At the moment my favorite Tissot model is the gold 40mm PRX with the quartz movement.
I wish I could go back in time and not get the yellow gold Tissot PR 100 Quartz that my wife gifted me as a wedding gift, as I can't get the amazing blue dial Gentlemen Powermatic 80. Oh well. Great video as always!
My favourite Tissot is the PRX, I have blue quartz, however I’m very tempted to sell a few pieces and get the new chronograph when it’s released.
Favourite model is the Tissot Gentleman
I like tissot gentleman power 80 blue
Please do a review on the SBGW231 !

gg on the exclusivity!
Tissot? PRX Powermatic in Green ❤
I love my father’s late 70s Tissot Seastar. Can’t wait to replace the crystal so I can get back to using that internal bezel :)
Knot watches have zaratsu polishing according to their website
PRX copper 🤘
Tissot T 1000 by a distance 👍
tissot prx powermatic blue
I hope they get rid of the power indicator on all of their new releases.
I quite like them! I suppose it's personal preference.

Tissot doesn't even make a seastar with GMT complication.

TISSOT T-RACE CYCLING GIRO D'ITALIA 2022 SPECIAL EDITION

Tissot heritage mechanical
I have two real vintage Grand Seiko's @ (37.5mm) & one King Seiko (36.5mm) Shouty watches they are not..
This is a great everyday watch, wtf are you guys doing to your watches? This distinction of sports vs dress watch is a silly as it gets.
no cringe face thumbnails please. (other) youtubers need to get their s*it together.
GS how boring and too expensive watches very boring and inexpressives watches i don t like
Really nice finishing and dials though
Glad everyone doesn’t have exactly the same taste and opinions
The voice is weird and you need a shave.
Racist. The poor man is Scottish 😢
