Y’all already know I picked up a TON of Daily Charme gel polishes. I also went a little crazy buying new rings on the 40/50% off Vivamacity sale. I also got a few more gel polishes and one more rubber base from NKK. I picked up an interesting synthetic gel brush set I saw another influencer talking about. Really curious about them! And on Cyber Monday I got Vivids mystery glitter bundle. Otherwise I held back. Yes that’s me holding back! 😂 Other than the glitter bundle I talked myself out of dip purchases thankfully! I want to use the bajillion I have 😅❤
It would be so cool if you would do a haul for us!! Especially the new brushes and NKK stuff, and I would like to know which gel polishes you get from daily charme. I would love to see the rings as well! Well shoot I want to see everything you got please lol 😂

@@carriegnails do you have a recommendation for a gel top coat. I have been using Modelones but it gets really thick in places. I don’t know if it is user error 😆 or what. I get thick spot at the nail tip and cuticle flooding.
@@kennamckenney4253 I hear ya! It sounds like you’re looking for a topcoat on the thinner side. If that’s the case I would recommend IGels topcoat. If you are okay with the thickness but just want something a little better at self leveling, I’d say West Coast Dips topcoat. Both are great options, and I regularly use both

I grabbed a dust collector and some uv gloves finally lol along with some new bits for my efile. I also grabbed the gel mystery box from WCD. Picked up a few Dips, but not many this time.

This is so cute!! I have heard that if you have a color you want to use for nail art that’s sheer, then you should put a layer of your art in white down first then do your art in the color on top of the white. Hope that makes sense. I ordered from daily charme, painted desert, Barbies secret dips, a new place called Secret Sisters Dips, and I placed an order with cascade color works when they had that big Veterans Day sale. I definitely had to restrain myself from buying a little from everywhere that I wanted to try!
It does! I have definitely done that before and it helps, more so with darker base colors than a nude like this one. But in this case it wouldn’t have mattered much unfortunately because I was kind of chasing it due to the thinner consistency. It wasn’t quite as thick as their other polishes, and that was really the reason it was sheering out for art purposes. Sounds like a great haul! There were a ton of great sales for sure. I am such a sucker for sales that I had to talk myself out of more than a few 😁❤️😘

It’s so beautiful!!! I had to behave due to budget, but I had a gift card to igel and managed to score some good staples. I got some dip liquids and colors from iDippedThat in her 40% off.
Ohmagosh...I did not hold back this year...like...at all. I got a ton of basics, like new quality liner brushes, backups on all my favorite gel base liquids, I picked up the liner gels from painted desert because duh, they were half off, and I finally buckled and got a dust collector. Something a bit disappointing, though, was I picked up the medium oval tips from PD, and they were so short. If you hold them up next to the PD coffin, you can see a big difference. And then I held them up next to the extra short coffin, and they weren't much longer. Thankfully the shipping at PD is so fantastic I got them in time to realize they weren't the length I wanted and I was able to order the long ovals while the Black Friday sales were still going, but yeah I was honestly surprised. If I had really paid attention when I ordered, I might have realized they were a bit different than their usual medium lengths. No shade to Painted Desert, by the way. ✨️🏜 Love them 🏜✨️ But it taught me a valuable lesson to pay more attention to the measurement images on the sight and compare them to lengths I know I like. PS. I'm totally gonna keep the medium and use them when I'm feeling a shorter length cause they are hecking cute. 🤣
Well at least you got everything at such a great price! Basics will always get used up. Yeah I saw the photos of those on and I thought they were quite short for mediums too.
